Sorry man, but there's nothing you can do. And dont try to go to ICS, that wont change a thing.
You juast had the bad luck to get a Razr i without any option to unlock the bootloader.

Intel device - Razr i Owner
Hit thanks if i help you or you like my style

I had the same problem with mine. Then I just forgot about it. Then about a week ago, I just decided to try again and it worked. You can also call Motorola customer support. Just tell them you're a developer and you need an unlock. They'll transfer you to their technicians and they can help you get it unlocked.

Well, support told me there's nothing they can do. Useless as hell...

Is it essential to unlock bootloader to root and install recovery.

If the Moto unlock website stops working then report it to Motto, via their official forums. They will then rapid and fix it.

You are right. Unlock is a permanent thing (hardware short). However, some people may want to have the Unlocked text gone if they want to warranty. Does this remove the unlock text? I know regular SBF's remove the unlock text (but phone is still unlocked).

This is for anyone having issues with latest Voo-Doo unlocking tool and LG6, LG8 and newer updates.
Latest Samsung updates has broken Voo-Doo unlocking tool, forcing SIM-locked users to use Voo-Doo to deactivate SIM-LOCK on each device boot.
Here is small fix that will prevent your device from re-locking on each boot. Voo-Doo unlocking tool is still needed for first unlock.
Flash in CWM Recovery.

Have fun and please share your feedback!

1. It depends. If Samsung will update relevant library then you will need to re-apply the fix. I'm currently working on some 100% permanent solution.
2. This fix has nothing to do with EFS partition.
Awesome stuff! :victory:
So now im just curious, What was the cause exactly ?

This must be a bug in latest roms. I have a factory unlock s3 and suddenly it started asking me for the sim unlock code?! what sim unlock code?!?! lol.

Unable to Install cyanogenmod 10.1.2

Erm Hi guys,
I have been trying to install cm-10.1.2-tsubasa.zip from http://get.cm/?device=tsubasa
However I can't seem to be able to flash it
I will get "asset failed" with both CWM and TWRP, also I also tried deleting the assert line after googling but still it is not working for me :/
Am I missing anything out?
Thanks in advance
Which phone are you trying to flash it too?
Have you unlocked the bootloader?
Assuming you have unlocked your bootloader
It could be that your download was corrupted.... its rare but happens
try it with a fresh download
If you have a locked bootloader and are unable to unlock it
peetrs done an awesome job with this rom

I'm trying to flash into my Xperia V (LT25i) I'm sure that is tsubasa :/

Sorry man , sounds like you are one of the ones stuck , basically to unlock the bootloader you need to select a toggle in developer options to allow oem unlock, which leaves you in a bad spot because you cant boot into the operating system. Did you lock your bootloader? or did it lock when you flashed 5.1.

Read the final 6 pages. Look for similarities. I am the one who can't be succesuful. As I read your situation, it look like the one I am having. While we are still in the bootloader and responds I think there should be a FIX somehow. Just be patient. If you are not in my situation, the probabilities to FIX your phone are very high, I hope you are not in my boat.
Good luck! If I find the solution I'll let you know

Please stop spreading misinformation
Firstly - that thread is not to force unlock a bootloader. It is to recover from a brick where the bootloader was broken and couldn't be used. The guy from Motorola who provided the fix in that very thread said this will not help unlock a bootloader.
Secondly - there are still no confirmed cases of this working to force unlock a bootloader. 1 guy was not in the same situation as you, so that can be discounted. The other guy hasn't said much. No one else has managed to recover from this. The probability is not very high as you say. It is extremely low.

volte is working in both slots on my mobile, as u m using it in slot 1
i m using substrantum theme, SubNa:navbar themes fir substrantum (pro version) and the navbars are from seight(back and recent) and home button is from l3d, i wanted to use seight but can't as u will see that urself when u apply, lol
Anyone else got this update?
Does it have something for camera and network drop issue? Or is it only security patch?
I have unlocked bootloader but hadn't rooted or put in twrp or anything. Got the update, updated. Everything seems to be working fine so far. No network drops, battery issues or cam issues.
