Click on Tmobile and once Page opens click on replacement phone and it should be 349.99 shipping included... Not sure if it will be good or they may take the offer off but worth a shot...

I also couldnt fidn it first.
But then i select prices low to high and it showed up.
I am still waiting for Oder Validation. so there are thin chances.
