Force close after setting rw on system partition - Sony Xperia ZR

Hi guys,
I'm trying to set rw permissions on the system partition of my rooted XZR (4.1.2).
After 1 or 2 seconds, the system is reset (force close). I tried with File Manager, Root browser and Mount system apps.
Did someone managed to get rw permissions ? Any suggestions ?
Thanks for your help.

I did. I used the superuser app (instead of supersu) to manage my root and never faced a force close after that. Give it a shot.

Thanks djpeesh, but unfortunately that did not work. Tried with v3.1.1 of su binary. No luck.
Edit : I tried to fix permissions through recovery : still force close

Go into superuser and clear root explorer. When you open root explorer you should be asked again to give su permissions.
If that doesn't work go to /system/bin and make sure you have a file called 'su'.

Used nitrality to remove some system app and to install another you removed from your rc3 Rom ...
Edit: I think I manage not getting that error again...it seems that an option from a program caused it, some clean cache at boot...At least I ain't got it again after deactivated option and used nitrality again...

[Q] File browser crashes when trying to change permissions.

Whenever i try to change file permissions in any file browser on my ace after i apply them and grant access with superuser it just crashes and shows a screen that says the program has stopped unexpectedly.
I've already tried 'fix permissions' in the CWM Recovery but still no luck.
Anyone know a fix for this?
Im using the Miracle V4 custom rom

...is the file browser which fc? or which app?
If the app that you are changing the permissions is running, It's normal that It fc, so you can go to settings > apps and force close manually it before change their permissions, It should work
If you want to change permissions of apps as systemui, statusbar, phone, contacts, framework-res etc IT'S NORMAL THAT THEY FC BEACAUSE THEY ARE RUNNING CONSTANTLY, you'll need to do it via cwm

Its the file browser no matter which one i use!
Im following a guide on expanding my internal memory which is on android . net called 'How to Increase Internal Memory Galaxy Ace'
And ive got to the stage where you copy the int2ext file into the system folder and it says i have to change the permissions of the file which is where this problem happens, ive also tried changing the permissions before i move the file from my sd card to my phone but still no luck

also with the miracle rom i keep getting force closes for google services it doesnt seem to crash anything but it just keeps popping up every once in a while.

k, so i found the solution if anyone else is interested in using link2sd on lollipop. You first need to install init.d toggler that can be found in play store and enable init.d, after that link2sd will work.
update, it is enought to install the dualrecovery. i had it when i installed init.d toggler and i thought that was the solution. to install init.d toggler it says that i need busybox, but i couldn't install busybox. but when u install the dual recovery busybox gets installed. i didn't want to install the recovery to keep the phone more secure :\
