Im not familiar with project fluid.
But after a search I see it in Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Active, Ray, Live with Walkman
So..is it compatible?
Is your phone really that slow?
You could install themes again and see if that works.

xperia Z first stock wallpaper with black bottom
the gray/white bottom make really bad illusion that almost of people at first look realize the screen is completely white and etc.
this wallpaper with black menu/notification bar in development forum can help u to have more deep black experience on xperia z

I dont think that it this rom will be ported to our wonderful device.
Our LTE phone is a bit different to the non LTE one.

Its mainly a themed rom which by the looks uses a mix of elegant theme byThilinaC and xperia blue by krs007. In the elegant theme thread there is also the xperia launcher mod and also in s3 themes and apps section there is the mod by arsaw to have the xperia lockscreen. I am using elegant theme at the moment but it does need to be slightly modified to work on our device
