Here is my Touchwiz 3 heavily modded- for stock resigned ROM only
VIDEO REVIEW
Feature
-5 icon on Dock in both side
-Manual choose column and item per page
-choose between Icon launcher or Image Launcher
-Turn on/off : animation ,16 bit , Alpahbetical arrangement
-Control Drawer background color

worked on creed 4 Bray..
- just use root explorer to move touchwiz30launcher.apk n touchwizpart.apk to app
-permission as usual
-clear data
-reboot..

[APP][MOD][CM9] TouchWiz 5 Launcher

I resized this launcher for galaxy mini and it works on cm9..
Features
- 4x4 app drawer
- 2x2 widget layout
- list view
- etc....
Bugs
- Landscape mode needs to be resized..its in mdpi..
Download
- MOD EDIT - Warez.
How to Install
- Extract the zip file
- Copy the apk file and lib to your sdcard
- Using root explorer copy the apk file to system/app and set permissions to rw--r--r
- Copy the lib file to system/lib and set permissions to rw--r--r
- Reboot.

Installation
Download any thrid party launcher
Then Delete the TW 30 from system/App/Here
Move TW 4 to system/Apps/Here & set permission on it
RW--R--R by using any Root explorer
Thats it now reboot & Enjoy

Looks nice!
I suggest you to put names at the dock icons and put concentration effect when you open app drawer. You can find these modifications at my guide anytime.

Can u be more specific & clear ? I think Screenshots are working fine! Just extract the XML file N Place it in WhatsApp>PLUS>downloads N Apply

It should work, I'm using that and it's working fine. You can use CSC features expert from Play Store too!
