I remember there is a file in the system that will show the WiFi password. Anyway, this helps as well. Thank you very much.

It only shows the passwords you entered on your phone. If they were restored from your google account, there's no way to see those passwords.

Go into es explorer go to the root. Go in data then misc then wifi. Then open the wpa_supplicant.conf file. This file contains every wifi password you have ever typed in.

I think that kind of colour change occurs only on CM/AOSP based ROMs, not on sense.

(Q) Location based wifi

Is anyone else finding that when using location based wifi, when re entering a saved location it doesn't turn wifi back on I have to turn wifi back on manually, then sometimes I have to select the wifi network and select connect. It's starting to become a bit of a pain.

Hmm maybe I've got a glitch, I'll see how it goes, it does switch on sometimes but most of the time I have to re enable the wifi.

If it's your home network, have you tried to reboot the router? Or to assign a static IP-address to it - one of the earlier Xperias had the same problem until a later update.

I haven't tried that yet, will reboot the router first and go from there. When I had the XZ it used to do it then, but not as much as this does.

GPS totally works with 4.4 and LTE

Not sure if this has been identified yet. My LAC still disappears but it works flawlessly. Locks within a second when outside

What did you do for it to work? I have stock rooted hybrid radio .33/.98 and get good LTE reception, but GPS or location services do not work at all! I'm on Fido network in Quebec....
I like the LTE speeds but I have alot of tasker profiles that activate only on location-based conditions...

Wifi Hotspot issue - Only one connection is allowed when roaming on a GSM network.

Hi guys,
I can't make my wifi hotspot work, keeps on telling me that I can only make one connection while roaming on GSM.
Is there a way to get thru it? I only have 3g at best and im not in the US, not even using sprint but a local network here.

I get the same message but then Wifi Hotspot works for me without any problems. Is it greyed out for you?
Also, go in to build.prop and change the ro.wifi.hotspotUI value to 1.

It's not greyed out, just showing me the message.
I did your advise on build.prop.. seems that its working but still shows me the error. Would tgat be a problem?
