[Q] HeadPhone jack broke? (need help ASAP) - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Earlier today, I tried connecting my One to a portable speaker and the sound output was extremely low ( both the speakers and phone was at max volume)
But when my friend played through the speakers with his phone, it was all right. I didn't pay much attention to it.
Now after getting back home, thought I'd try once again, and when I connected my earphones, in the volume output is very low ( max music volume)
The phone recognizes my earphones, both the boomsound speakers work fine.. The only problem is with my earphone jack.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening, and is it a software issue, any solutions

Possible to use headphone output WITH speaker phone GAIN on mic?

I love the N1 and am using it in the car by plugging the headphone jack directly into the stereo for phone/streaming audio/navigation.
When a PHONE CALL comes in. I have two choices:
1) I can hear them crystal clear over the car stereo...but the cant hear me because the Mic gain is at normal level. Or...
2) Hit the speakerphone button and up the Mic gain....but struggle to hear them as it switches over automatically to the tiny Nexus internal Speaker.
Looking for a way to have headphone output WITH mic gain at speaker phone level. Anyone know of a fix/app for this? I havent found it after searching high n low.
Help greatly appreciated, I know there are several of us out here trying to find the solution. Thx.

[Q] All sound comes from earpiece instead of speaker

Sometimes my SGS play all the sound from earpiece.
Without earphone pluged in.
Without bluetooth devices.
But it works again after reboot.
Any one knows why?
SGS froyo 2.2 JPD Speed Mod K9A 300
how do u know it plays in earpiece if not plugged in?
meaning no sound at all?
same here
Sometimes my SGS also plays all sounds from the ear piece and not from the speakers. I never experienced this before :S
The sound is coming out the little hole that you plug the earpiece in to ???

Happens after disconnecting from BT
Hi, similar thing happens to me too, but only after disconnecting from my car's stereo via BT. haven't tested on other BT stereo though.
yes. all audio seems to be rerouted from both external speakers (earpiece and rear speakers) to the audio jack or BT channel.
anybody else with this issue?
I once had this problem, but I just rebooted my phone and then it was ok.

Did you try to clean the inside connection.

Xiaomi Hardware Problem.

Please read this carefully. I made a amplifire circuit, I unfortunately plugged output speaker line of amplifire to my redmi 4 prime's headphone jack, phone got reboot and earpiece mic making noise during phone call (any) and headphone's speaker(right one) making noise. I disassemble my phone and check audio jack with multimeter, its shows about 2V which should never happening. Also while I increase Bass, headphone sound goes off (no sound) sound appears after normal mode (no bass boost) and sound comes after unplugging-replugging. Please help me with proper solution/ideas. Thanks in advanced.

Anyone else having problems with headphone audio since last update?

For some reason my phone won't play sound through the headphones anymore, it recognises headphones and picks up audio from the microphone but no sound comes through no matter the volume level. I've tried several headphones and even an aux cable in the car
Has anyone got any suggestions of a fix?
