[Q] S4 flashed to Boost

After flashing over 900 phones to Boost in 2 years I am stuck trying to get internet on the S4.
No problem getting the MSL or changing the esn using CDMAWS 3.9
I normally do a profile and PRL update after the flash and everything works.
The S4 will not allow me to do that.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

[Q] [HOWTO] How to unlock Bell Galaxy S i9000M?

hello,
yes, before posting this question, i have tried searching through google, and here in this site. and am continuing to search while this will be posted..
recently i have moved back to north america, and my aging (asian) galaxy note 1 doesnt seem to work on canadian carrier. a friend has given me, an (old) samsung Bell GT-i9000M. but it is networked locked to Bell.
seems like 98% of other phones out there are i9000, not the "M" variant.
all i would like to do, is unlock it from Bell. no ROM's
what is the easiest (free) way to do it?
thank you for your time.
