McDonald's Mouthoff

Hey... This is going to seem like a lame request, but could someone in the US download the McDonald's Mouthoff app from the play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mcdonalds.mouthoff) and post the apk for it here. I'm in Canada and for whatever reason it isn't available to me. I stumbled upon the link to it on a different site and now must have it to show my daughter.

None of the skins I have found, work with the nexus, is this because of its size?

Given mine are just Text widgets, I don't have an issue. The cool thing about Zooper is the fine customization options. Just gotta go into the template and edit it's values through options.
I LOVE Zooper.
