Notifications. - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Hey guys, I think this is a pretty simple question but I can't figure it out. Is there a way to disable the notifications at the top? I'm using floating notifications and while using that I get the pop up
And also the stock notification I suppose. Anyway there is no need for two, and I just can't seem to figure our out.
Thanks for the help guys, appreciate it.

Yea the status bar is what I meant. Do you know if it's an easy process? I'm no expert, but I can follow instructions.

You can hide the status bar, I use go launcher ex.

Typically you have to turn off notifications in each individual app that is giving you notifications. Go to the app settings and uncheck notifications is typically all it takes. Rarely is there a way to stop all notifications phone wide in one location.

Are the new darker themes going to be flashable themes or are you going to release a whole darker rom?? Thanks

Hey great work i like it so far!! by the way love the MT4G Bar!!
when you say 'touchwiz free' what do you mean exactly? just no tw launcher? or all tw apps as well? i'm going to test it out regardless, but tw contacts is the only thing i'd miss...the only thing samsung did right imo.
hey
instead of contacts icon, can you tell me how to put a sms icon there?
thanks

It uses Launcher Pro.
You should be able to long press that Contacts Icon to bring up the "Edit Dock Shortcut" Pop-up window.
then,
tap "change shortcut"
then "Applications"
Then "messaging"

You cant unfortunately. The icons in the dock are part of the .png file. You can change the shortcut, but not the actual icon itself.

An accurate battery mod would be ideal. Also, never been a fan of the tw notification bar. Too much color.

Hey guys. Not trying to flame as I use Loki, but seriously you're putting out way too many roms and you need to consolidate because it's getting a little ridiculous.

[OLD]Dont dig this up any more. DELETED

Links are down and I had an os crash so the theme doesn't exist anymore. Sorry, I'm working on something right now though.
I highly recommend nitros honeycomb.
Nice work. It looks pretty awesome. I for one love the honeycomb battery and would like that as an option. That's easy to add in on your own though too.

I would also suggest using the clean quick panel from bendbowden
I used hc image cut to make those widgets. Maybe I will exclude gmail from the next update or figure out why its fc for some people.

Nice, I'd color match that battery icon so it doesnt clash with the rest.

To be honest I thought the honey comb battery clashed worse. I'll look into changing it though, oh and I'll be including a honeycomb battery option very soon possibly within the hour.

Very Nice!!! downloading now.
very nice theme...just noticed the shutdown animation...really cool....thanks
couple of notes:
1. the honey lock REPLACES the puzzle lock.
2. is there any way of adding the vibrate option to the honey lock screen? (ok thats more of a question)
3. best lock screen ever.
Yes it replaces the puzzle lock, it has the same functionality as the puzzle, it opens to messages, missed calls, and voice mails I believe. Sorry I can't add a vibrate option. That would be very extensive and I'm not sure I could even do it. Sorry bout that.

(Q) Notification bar shortcuts

Hi all,
Is there any way to customise the notification bar shortcuts or hide them completely? I might be being dumb but can't find any options whatsoever...

Anyone?

There's always a way. But it depends on what precisely you want to do.
If you want to change their appearance, that's quite simple. If you want to change what shortcuts or toggles are there, that involves smali and is a bit more complicated.

Have you Tickled Your Android lately?

I'd love to get rid of them as I find them useless... don't think there's a way of doing that on stock/non-root rom thogh

Manually Edit the Status Bar

Hi everyone,
I've been doing some searching, on here and Google, on changing the location of itemes on the status bar e.g. the signal status icon, but I haven't yielded any results. Is there an app that lets you do this manually or will it be a case of finding a mod with the locations of the icons I want?
Thanks in advance!

It's not doable with an app, the framework needs to be recompiled for that (and it's not an easy task since there are many layout dependencies), ergo you need a mod.

[Q] phablet (?) ui with just root? (statusbar on bottom)

I think I can live with the stock rom and the locked bootloader if I can just get my ui back how I like it with the statusbar on bottom, soft keys on the left and clock and notifications on the right. Can this be achieved with just root? Maybe with xposed? Ever since my daughter was born I don't have much time to play with my toys anymore unfortunately.
Thanks in advance
+1
Bump with hopes recent development may be able to help with achieving this. Will gladly donate to anyone who can provide this. Thanks everyone and happy new year

Also I should add since we have safe strap ignore the "with just root" in thread title
