Are there any TPU cases out there with an indent or cutout for the dimple?

It's baffling that case manufactuers don't respect the dimple. They made a cutout for every thing else, but forgot to include the dimple! That dimple is a game changer.

Is it really? I have never, ever touched that dimple. Never held it in a way that feels natural to touch the thing. If I just "force" to put my finger in there, it feels like I'm loosing some grip, compared to where the way I usually hold it (finger almost at the height of the camera lens... actually, the most natural way for me i exactly at the height of the lens... which as you may see, is quite inconvenient).

This case has the indent for the dimple.

Something's up with that. I was looking at the Incipio DualPro Shine case the other day, and noticed that the picture on AT&T's site had a cutout for the batwing but the final version on Incipio's site did not. Is Motorola asking case manufacturers to hide the dimple or batwing?
AFAIK the only other M4DE cases with dimple cutouts are the incase ones sold on Googorola's site...

i have that s-line case... got it from this ebay auction http://www.ebay.com/itm/25132519854...eName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
under $3!
it fits great and feels no worse than any other tpu case. if anything the edge parts have a rough textured molding for better grip.

I also got the S-Line case along with this Hyperion one:

I prefer the Hyperion case. The feedback is a little better on the power button and volume rocker. Plus, the smoke color looks great.

actually after seeing this post, i am debating also getting the "supcase" one. i just think it looks cool. and yeah the buttons on the s-line are a little small and thing. they work, but i'm guessing better could be had. i dont know im not ocmplaining much for $3. i'm not so thrilled with the s-line design either, so debating either a supcase or an incipio feather....

Nillkin TPU Case Review[i9023]

I was going to get the mercury case, but from pictures it was way too thick for my liking so I decided to get this case. The case is titled to be silicone, but it doesn't look like silicone from the pictures so I emailed them and they said it was silicone material so I went for it. I received the case and it turns out it was a TPU case. This case feels REALLY thin for a TPU case so it doesn't add much bulk to the phone. This case is tailored to fit the i9023 so ALL cutouts are perfect and fit is perfect as well. Overall, if your looking for a good TPU case which doesn't add much bulk to it I would recommend this. I don't have a mercury TPU case to compare it to, but I'm really happy with how this turned out. The only con that I would have for this case is that the volume rocker buttons were a bit tight so it would be easily be pressed, but if you stretch the case a little it will fix that issue.

Nice. but I can't buy. ((

Just got the Ballistic SG case for Note 2

I looked around and I couldn't find any reviews. This is my third day with the case and so for I really like it. I was on the fence on weather to get the Otter box or the Ballistic. But, after reading reviews about the rubber getting loose around the corners on the Otter box defender and couldn't find any good pictures of the commuter I got the Ballistic.
I have had hardcases on phones in the past and found scuffs on my phones when I remove them from the cases. I like the the Ballistic has the soft rubber against the phone and the hard cover on the outside. It also has corner bumpers for extra protection. The case adds some bulk but, it can still go in the pocket of my 14 year old. (he is 5'8") I can post pictures when I get home if you guys want it.
That would great if you could post a few pics!
Here the pictures. I took shots to compare the size of the case to the phone to give better ideal of the size because you have something to compare it to. I always wish people would post pictures this way.
Here is the first shot with the Note 2 next to the case

in the case bottom
This shot gives you an ideal of the lip it has to protect the screen when you have the phone face down.
Let me know if you have any questions
thanks for the pics, I have been endlessly googling for this type of pic until now... how about the weight? is it heavy?
thanks
I wanted a 2nd case for when don't have the need for an Otterbox. It was between the Ballistic and the Trident Aegis. I chose the Trident Aegis, not sure why cause the ballistic looks so sweet.

I am trying out to Ottebox commuter and not impressed with dificulty in pressing the buttons nor the lose corners at the top of the rubber case.
How are the buttons for you? I really have to press hard to get the volume rocker to work.
How much of a lint magnet is this case?

It just as easy to press as without the case. I think it's easier because no the buttons stick out more and are not as flush as without case.
I read the same things about the otterbox that is why I gave the ballistic case a try.

Not bad. But, the case is very new and it seems to get less the more I use it.
Looks like it will provide great protection, but I'm not a huge fan of bulky cases.

Gunmetal. I guess it's just the lighting in my kitchen.
Mine came in last night. For being a cheaper case, I love it.
Do they have just a straight clear one?
I ordered a blue one that came in yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised by its quality given how inexpensive it is.
I got a black one, and for $10 on prime, I'm thoroughly impressed by it. Initially I got it as just a temp case until I decided which nice case I'd eventually get (I love seidio, but their cases aren't available yet)
This case i'm not sure if I'm going to replace. It's got a rubbery edge that makes grip really easy, and a matte back that makes pocket sliding really easy.
The fit is spot on, the buttons aren't hard to press, the power button and camera lenses are slightly recessed now....
Really impressed by this little $10 sleeve. I recommend it to all my HTC M8 people.

I cannot tell from the pictures, does it have cut-outs for the buttons or are the buttons covered?
Sent from my HTC One_M8 using Tapatalk
Side buttons are covered. Power is not. Sorry for not capturing that. My bad.
I abused amazon prime and got the hyperion, the red shield, the iblason and the GizmoDorks TPU cases. (I wanted to compare quality, and they all arrived in one shipment, so my carbon footprint wasn't SO massive -_-)
This was the only one which didn't cover the power button. And funnily enough, I had thought I would want it covered. But the problem I found was that the power button felt very mushy on the other three cases. The volume buttons felt great on all of them, but the red shield and iblason felt to be made of a thinner plastic than the Hyperion and the GizmoDorks.
I'm not sure I'm happy with the clear/frosted look, but use and quality-wise, it's definitely the top of the pack.

[Q] HTC One M8 Docking Station and Case

Hey xda-devs com,
I now have since 8 weeks my htc one m8, before that i had the lg 2x(godlike smartphone) and now i have some questions .
First of all does anyone have this docking station Iprotect Docking Station
and hase some feedback for it. and for what is the usb-port at the back. I dont get that ****.
As second i bought me a Spigen case and because my jeans is dark blue it just coloured my case at some points.
Here some photos about that problem. But they are old. so it got more blue until now

Now I have question about that, first of all does anyone of you experienced the same stuff with your spigen case with coloured Bumper?
And as second does anyone have this case by Spigen Spigen Ultra Fit Capsule and has some bad or good experiences with it ?
LG ZUBEPLANET, the whole world is a ZUBE!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!:laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
No one ?
i had a spigen ultrafit for a few weeks. the case is quite nice. offers good protection. the clear back was outstanding. but i changed it because if the covering of ir blaster and i feared the clear back would take up a lot scratches and discolor over time so i changed it. it is a good case. but you have to be careful when placing it and also carry a microfiber cloth so you can clean the back frequently. IMO it is one of the most beautiful case.
Ok thx dude. which case do you use atm. i am searchign a minimum transparent back case. dont need to be hard case but transparent would be really nice.
other cases are nice too if they have good grip , nice look and dotn make the phone to a box

Keys are transparent but covered by the case, so you can barely see them due to the design on the case over the button regions. The keys function excellently tho, unlike most other cases where the keys are covered and the fit and cut-outs are excellent with no discoloration of the case.
It's a sticky, hardgel-like case. Very protective of the phone and guarded all around with perfect grip.
It does add thickness around sides and back tho - no way a thin case. At least +6mm to all sides. But it's smaller in volume than other non-transparent cases, by far. You can feel the added size of the case on the phone, especially on the depth of the phone (6mm or so).
It's more of a gel bumper all around the phone.

Cases that are supposed to protect the camera

This is important because the camera is raised and might be easily scratched.
Please add links in replies (and if you have received the case, a review)

Nillken TPU case, ebay looks like raised circle around camera
amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LEQTIOM/ref=pe_1909131_77697121_tnp_email_TE_AMZLdp_2 I received this case a few days ago, it has the all important raised ring around the camera, feels pretty durable without adding much bulk, certainly better than the 99p eBay cases I've bought for phone's in the past. It fits very tightly too which I'm happy with but could prove a bit annoying if you're planning to be removing it a lot to use Moto mods. It also has a cutout where the pins are for the Moto mods although I'm not sure what the point in this is seeing as they don't fit on top of it, all in all though I'm very happy with it, I got it in gold to match the metal sides and I don't think it looks too tacky either.
The bump was little big than the normal. Does the case helps to protect the bump??

To add to this, I've got a IVSO slim hard shell case (which I think is the same as the Nillken) that fits very well, is nice and grippy and has a raised lip to protect the camera
Button cutouts are fine too

I'm extremely surprised and pleased with the quality and presentation of this case. Plus it comes with 2. Highly recommended!
