[Q] Custom icons - Galaxy S III I9305 (4G LTE + 2GB RAM) Q&A, Help &

I would like to add custom icons to cm 10.2. I have package of icons but dont know where to put them so they would work. And what is the right size for icons in SG3?

You put the relevant icon inside the APK in place of the icon you are changing .
Suggest you find a how to Theme guide before anything . .

At least one way to change icons easily is using "Icon Changer" app. It lets you choose icons from different installed icon packs.

[Q] (MIUI) some apps won't show the icon i want..

hey guys! I've modified some icons in a .mtz theme.. some apps show the new icon i made.. but others.. don't.. (i've checked the apps name and its correct).. any suggestion?
I think it has to do with the icon mask.. because the apps that didn't change.. are the ones that had a icon mask from this theme..
do you know where the icons mask are storaged? in case they are..

you have to name the app after the name of the icon for the app located in data/system/customized_icons_1 folder
I had that same issue with hide it pro (audio manager) with the signa icon set.

Use icon packs with default launcher

i want to use belle icon pack with my default launcher, but it didin't work.
is it possible to use them by getting it's icon pics from it's directory and moving it to the phone's icon folder?
Look into an app called "Unicon" or an app that themes your icons with launchers that don't support themes. I know there's a plethora of them, I just can't name them off the top of my head

Pls make one without notification background
Can you pls make one without the background-image in the notification panel? I will use your theme with my own background on the homescreen / launcher, but i can't remove or replace the default background from the notification panel. Please consider making one without this image. Thanks!

Some icons don‘t update after applying theme

Hi So, I applied a theme (REMUIX) and some icons don't update. We can see on the theme webpage that they all are supposed to change or at least have a different background that fits the theme. But some don't. The section where you have the power option, Wi-Fi, mobile data, etc when you scroll down the status bar is also supposed to change but it doesn't. The only way to change all the icons is to select another theme and change the icons in the customize section and even then, they don't look as good as they are supposed to. Thanks for your help.

Question When setting a new theme, the icons do not change

Hi,
