Hi guys,l so I have time warner cable and im a football fan (a chore when living in the USA) and i want to watch beIN Sport USA (New footy network in the states http://beinsport.tv/) and TWC doesnt carry it but dish does.
So my main question is can I order the cheapest simplest dish pack ( i think its the $30 family one) and just as to add on a sports pack that include this channel?

Hello, I would like to start this thread to discuss about the Nexus 4 in Spain. I feel a little worried about shipping time after bought.
in the nexus 7 it's about 1-2 days and you have it at home..
On Google page indicates that the shipping time is three-five days but usually takes one day.
That's pretty fast. I'll get mine for Christmas though

What version will you get? I'm getting 8 GB version. I thinks it's enough for me. I rarely listen to music on the phone, so I think I will be fine for a couple of games and some recorded videos

The problem is that usually media takes a big storage part, I mean 1080p videos, games and stuff... The 8GB version will come with 5,5Gb availables so... I'm not sure if it's enough
But to pay 50 € more just for 8 gb more it's just a joke!

16GB version. 8GB are really less than 6... Two games, a gps map, 20 pictures and you are using all the space.

I'm going for the 16GB version too
My beloved DHD has 3,5GB on photos and 1,75GB on Spotify offline music atm. ( no movies, no nandroid backups, no HD video )
That almost fills the 8GB version.
I know I could erase photos (as I have G+ and Dropbox backups) and sync less music, but I don't see the point in doing it (since mobile dataplans here in Spain suck hard)
I love music, making photos and will soon get addicted to HD recording, so that's why those extra 49€ are priceless for me

I've read in the help page. Also a friend bought a Nexus 7 and he paid 9.99€ for shipping costs.
We forgot taxes? 21% is 422,29€ for the 16Gb version... + shipping.

With the HTC One and S4 about to come out where do we think the XZ will position itself in the sales table? I think overall Sony will outsell HTC (not by much) and Samsung will easily remain on top.

About what I'd say too. Sony did a smart thing by getting the Z out in stores before the S4, but there are a lot of Samsung fanboys (as rabid as Apple fanbois) who will storm to the shops the moment the S4 is out.
No.1 in UK as well. And strong sales all over Europe

Lots of reports about sell outs in Japan, Germany ect.. Nothing official though.
Almost all retailers in india are reporting that the black and white models are " out of stock" and a wait period of 1 week for the purple one. Ditto for the online retailers too. So yeah, i guess maybe it is a sellout in India too, just a few days after the launch on tuesday....

I got my xz for 218Sgd with a free headphone worth 175Sgd. Now the prize of xz drops to 198Sgd but without the headphones.Yes nothing is free,but paying 20 dollars extra for a 175 dollars headphone is really worth it. hehe
I am surprised that there is no Malaysian thread here because I know a lot of people from Malaysia that would want to own a Nexus 5. I guess everybody is in LowYatForums. Anyway, so yeah, I just wanted a thread where us Malaysians could discuss on how and when we get our Nexus 5.
Hopefully everyone here can speak english or if they would like to speak in Malay or any other languages, please also use Google Translate and provide your translation for the other users.
In my own experience, I can't wait for a Nexus 5 launch in Malaysia so I ordered one from the Australian Google Play Store. Hopefully I'll be able to play with it soon :laugh:

I bought the White 32GB model from AU Play Store + Shipping&Handling + Tax = RM1400
If you buy from the UK Play Store, just the 16GB model not inclusive of Shipping&Handling and not inclusive of tax = RM1700
So it's better to buy from the AU Play Store in my opinion.

I doubt it. I think the 16GB will launch in Malaysia for RM1700 but we can still hope right?

I managed to get my friend in Australia to order me a black 32gb Nexus 5 few days back and it said it will be delivered mid of Dec. I notice the order was through Google Singapore. It felt so strange as the goods goes 1/2 of the world to reach my hand. But it was just 800km from Penang to Singapore. I'm now laughing stock my friend in Australia now. Hahaha...

You have to use an Australian VPN Service to be able to order from the AU Play Store and u must also have a credit card with an Australian address linked to your Google Wallet. It's a long and tedious process. Google around for it.

You have to have an Australian address to buy from the AU Play Store which means you have to ship the phone to your friend's house and then he/she will have to post it to you in Malaysia. Be warned, your device might be stuck in customs. To avoid that, have your friend send the phone to you as a gift and mark the retail price as AUD100. I usually buy phones from China and this is my way of escaping customs.

Nice one man! How much did it cost you to buy the Nexus 5 32GB + S&H + tax ?
Would someone please try contacting their local LG service (on facebook for example), asking them for the LG QuickCase.
On my local computer magazine forum i've read that the ones who have bought the G2 should receive the QuickCase.
Note: It may only be for Croatia or at least International d802.
They require:
IMEI, scanned bill i your name, email and phone number.
I hope it really works for all people - which DIDN'T get the quick case.

I ordered diztronic TPU case and Ballistic case. This one (Quickwindow) I'm getting for free. I wouldn't buy it if I really wanted to protect my phone. Ballistic is for real protection.

I have one and haven't noticed any adverse battery effects. All four corners are protected and the screen from sliding in and out of pockets. The entire right edge is covered also. The left edge is mostly covered by the flip hinge.
I hit up LG on facebook and got a response stating that they're going to look on to what they can do. I'm in Canada by the way.
