Sorry for late reply,But there is a CM build for Xperia L in Original Devlopment Sector of Xperia L

What I meant saying that there isn't any CM that is not a stable working version.
If they were working version then I could try making it.

But I found their is no big diffrence between cm and deodexd roms,cm is recommended becoz of it is clean and non tweaked or coustomised. Sorry for spell mistake (if any).

We have AOSP now.. so are you thinking about ubuntu touch???

Nope, I'll wait for CM and then try.

Hi, can you tell me where is the Xperia L porting guide for Ubuntu Touch ?
I found this:
Making Ports Available
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/MakingPortsAvailable
And
Porting
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Porting
I am just curious how to port this, cause i have an Xperia L and i want to have fun with it .

we have to port it first so there is no port ready

But may be you can give us link to metentioned tutorial.

Unfortunately the Ubuntu Touch porting guide is a little out of date. A CM port is no longer required, but instead a working AOSP 4.2 port. Or even better AOSP 4.4, though that is still a little new on UT side.
What you need is the device and kernel source packages as well as any proprietary vendor blobs. A working flashable ZIP does not help, you will need the source.
Sent from my TF300T using Tapatalk

2 @up, well you can find it pretty easily on Google
@up Well there is a source and a vendor for 4.4 AOSP made by Sony but there isn't working bluetooth, gps, no 4 Gb internal storage (just the 2 Gb for the apps) and no deep sleep that make battery goes away.

Now this week CM with all things working( really believe me) is coming from Brinly.
I am very excited for Ubuntu touch on my Xperia L , hope this project blasts off soon!!!!

Are you still working on Xperia L project?

How was it going..? Now we have a more stable cm11

Ok Now i really REALLY need help
I've tried to port ubuntu touch with Sony provided aosp and FXP's kernel source code. Problem is I've got 6 img files and there's 2 I know how to flash to my phone .
List of files
android-ramdisk.img
boot.img
cache.img
ramdisk.img
system.img
userdata.img
So anyone you can tell me some thing about flashing other 5 files.
Also I've tried to flash just boot.img and system .img but the result was that flash mode and fastboot buttons got inverted and when i tried to boot into system, phone vibrated but nothing happened and even fastboot and flashmode were gone. Later i removed and reinserted battery and then got flashmode and fastboot to work again.

Unofficial CM 10.2 for Xperia Z (C6603)

Unofficial, no warranty, express or implied. Not final, nothing to do with the CM people, not backed by them, not made by them, may cause corruption of innocent kittens if used irresponsibly. I am posting this only because the main CM sources are not perfect right now for building for Qualcomm devices just yet, and need some tweaks in new branches.
CM 10.2 Android 4.3 built for, and working on C6603 International Xperia Z, once again thanks to Sony using such nice, open-source-friendly devices.
Working:
WiFi
Compass + sensors
Sound
Bluetooth
Front + Rear Camera
External SD
Not Working:
???
This is for the International C6603. Other devices at your risk. Build is for yuga, if that tells you whether it will work or not

hardware/libhardware

Are you sure this is for the Yuga? Link name is Pollux_Windy. Thats the Tablet Z. Im gonna download it and check build.prop (maybe the filename is incorrect)

Not sure if this is just a one-time release ROM but I've been using it for roughly a week and have no major issues, except for the occasional freeze. Oh sometimes the browser flickers too while typing characters in the "omnibar".

Yup. This was ported from the One. So expected to not work. But shouldn't be difficult to fix that.
Thanks a lot for what all of you did to getting MIUI on the Xperia Z !
I will be following this thread to give you feedback.
On the other thread, i mentioned my data network didn't work, forget that. I check my access point and it work perfectly now.
But i was really surprised when i wanted to go to my clockworkmod and i saw a "Teamwin mod"-thing... It's not very kind to do some thing we didn't want...
Somebody have a *.zip to get back my old clockworkmod ? Thanks
The MIUI V5 Rom work very well. Unfortunately, there is the SD Card problem who cause a lot of ForceClose. But i'm sure you will get it work.
Keep the good work guys !
PS: Sorry for my bad english speaking, i'm french.

Sorry @alnikki25k for a bit of a thread steal (its OK we're a team). You know this means. Sense 5.0 from the One is possible. Forget our Droid DNA port cause that ruined my phone (Sony are replacing it). I'll talk later on Hangouts in more depth cause I had a Sense 5.0 ROM that booted (stuck on the boot screen just like the original versions of yours and my MIUI builds, However Android being Android, ADB won't work...)

The storage maybe the services.jar problem.
In services.jar.out\smali\com\android\server the all filename start with MountService
I think we need patch some code from yuga
this services mount the usb storage

I don't think it's not very easy to port Z5 rom because it's totally different from our device system structure. If it's possible here's so many good expert developers who can port Z5 rom for our device.Though try your best you can learn and gain knowledge about it.

I actually managed to port xperia z5 rom to LG L90 D405 but with some issues :
1- no cell phone signal
2-wifi not turning on or off

Bug fixing thread didn't help you?Sony camera app may not work if you add it to port rom also. And what cm version rom did you use as base rom?All version may not work to change resolution dpi or not support.Try cm 10 or aosp base rom.aosp rom have this feature.

Understood but that cm will not work.Go to your LG Mobile forum in xda and find if anyone already built a aosp rom for your device. You can use that aosp as base rom. This sould fix the dpi problem.Otherwise you'll have to find same resolution port rom for your device.

I fixed the DPI but the other problems didn't find a solution for it I am really disappointed that no one of the developers is helping

What other problems? You sometime won't get help from the developers because this type of related threads are available many in xda forum. So it's better to use Google or xda search engine. You'll get your desire answer. If you are new to port rom it can be hard for you.We many uaers want Z5 rom for our device too but developers are refusing to do it.Or may not work properly in our device. So this is a very big challenging if are not an expert developer or user. You can ask problem maybe I can research the problem for you from my own knowledge and from XDA. I'm intereste on this type of matter.

Thanks. But you created this thread in wrong place. This thread should be in troubleshooting section. So now what problem that you are facing?and how did you change the dpi? Some user says cm 10 and aosp rom work properly.Did you changed the build.prop?

You again mistakes!Pendemic warned you in your early thread. And from there you already got your answer.Like I told you before you can't port z5 rom directly.Well this is not bad to try.who knows if you actually can port the rom successfully.
