I'm currently on Android 4.1.2 version, and im rooted and having Cyanogenmod 10.0.0 installed.
I just want to update to the latest stable cyanogenmod 10.1.3 version but i think its compatible with 4.1 android os, so i need to update my os to 4.2?
Question is, how can i update? Im rooted. Thanks in advance

You just flash cm's 4.2.2 like you did 4.1.....no different. Better read up on it.....sounds like you're a bit confused on how things work. Better to understand exactly what you are doing and not just blindly follow instructions.....best way to keep your device working smoothly and issue free.
The fact that you're on 4.1 has nothing to do with what you flash. Unless you're talking about a dirty flash.....which is a bad idea when changing o/s versions. You want to do a clean install. Backup your apps with titanium backup first.....then off you go.

Since our phone is old there is no official support for CM, therfore later versions do not exist officially. Under dev section http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1028 in Inc s there is some CM 9 and CM 10 roms which is made by ours devs. You can see their respective threads what bugs they have and so on. A dev has managed to run latest kernel on CM 9. He is working on CM10 (there is a thread Cyan Vivo X) however still not released so if you wait maybe a week or two I bet he will be done with what he is doing and realease somewhat bugfree rom.
So I tried it. There are few problems but it looks fine.

[Q] Bionic OTA Updates 4.2.2 to 4.4

I am running CyanogenMod version 10.1.3-RC2-targa on my Bionic. The android version is 4.2.2 but I would like to update the OTA to 4.4 if possible, or even 4.3. How can this be done? Do I need to put stock targa back on and then update it through Verizon, and then add a custom ROM?
It would be nice to do this so that I can keep getting the most out of this ole' dinosaur of a phone.
Some additional maybe useful information:
Kernel Version 3.0.8-g67d26a7
Build Number cm_targa-userdebug 4.2.2 JDQ39E
Been searching a lot, but can not find instructions for exactly what I need. Thanks!
Are you talking CM OTA or Moto OTA?
There ain't gonna be any Moto OTA as Bionic is beyond the 18 month upgrade window.
CM's last OTA for for CM10 is 10.1.3
If you want Android 4.4 you have to go CM11.
CM's updated to 10.2.1
I'm running SlimKat, works quite well so far, just minor nonconsequential problems.

Android 4.4.4 help

Hi everybody,
I'm looking for a 4.4.4 Kitkat custom rom, stable and without bugs.
There are the CM11 nightly but it's impossible to know what still does not go on them so I would not risk.
Any suggestions?
Do not link me any Lollipop rom, since I don't like the new Android OS and will never work perfectly on a Quadcore, in my opinion.
Thanks for your time.

Upgrade CyanogenMod 4.0.4 on TMO P1000

I've got CyanogenMod 9 (4.0.4) running on my T-Mobile GT-P1000 and I'd like to upgrade to something newer. It's been a while since I've played with ROMs, so I have two questions if anyone can help me.
First, can I upgrade directly from CM 9 to something newer, like the current CM 11 snapshots, or do I need to flash back to stock first and can you point me to instructions for the best method?
And second, which is more subjective, what is the most recent version of CM that works well on this device?
Thanks in advance!

Xposed on GT-I9505 without updating from 4.4.2?

Hi!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) running android 4.4.2.
It's rooted and with CWM.
Is there a way to put xposed on it without updating the android version?
I really really really would want to keep 4.4.2 and not change android version.
By looking around I have seen that samsung phones with stock roms sometimes have trouble with xposed. Is that true for android 5.0 and newer versions only? Or for 4.4.2 as well?
I am scared of making a test "just to see how it goes" because it's the only phone I got, even if I have backup from Cwm and all ...
Thanks in advance.
U will not have issues or any need to update your Android version
Xposed for kitkat is 2.6.1 and 2.7 build
Happy installing
