I grabbed a pic of the net, photoshopped it to a suitable watch face then used watch Styler to add the rest of the bits..

I see no such app in gear manager or samsung apps.
It's in the Samsung Apps under Clock category. If you don't see it there, then, your region may not offer it.
This app works on your phone as an app and helps you create custom clock designs which you can apply to the Gear when finished.

I only found the Streak Live Wallpaper in the Rom that I downloaded... I'll try and get the other one later. With a slow data connection and a full schedule I might not be able to upload it

Use Mini Gallery. That will let you view pics from your phone to the Gear.

There are ways to do move images to your watch and use a different pic viewer app, but as you are short of time that's not going to help.
