Each has ups and downs. Apex and Nova are the most popular probably and have a ton of features and customization. I use Apex personally. If you combine that with things like UCCW widgets, you can make some pretty cool home screens. See mine as an example

Buzz launcher is also a fun option. Nice in that you can easily download homescreens that other people have made. Hope you find one you like!

IDK if its just me but the icons look pretty low-res and not well edited to me.
Specially since you are using a black background you can see the bad cuts outs of it.
If it's possible, I suggest you use one of these as those are high-res and will be extremely easy to cut out since they are png's.
1) I'm doing them on my phone(no computer) and 2) my phones screen is shattered and the digitizer is bleeding xD so the quality is crappy on my phone either way I thought they looked good xD

Ooo nice job, it looks good. Not a huge fan of the different colored dial button, but thats a really tiny complaint.
nexus 4 lack LTE, 3G in Hong Kong is over crowded
Maybe the next Sony 5"? seems they will announce it in CES
after all the trouble in software upgrade, have to pick a phone with good support.

Go to settings, under about phone and tap on the build number like 4 or 5 times. You should have unlocked developer options settings. Try the same tapping with the Android version tab and enjoy some nice jelly beans! Have fun!

Poweramp is actually not that good if we are talking sound quality. Two years ago I downloaded all the big players in the store and listened FLACs on the with various headphones on my HTC One m7. Poweramp actually had the poorest performance. The stock one proved to be the best - I guess with xperia is the same. (Android 5.x reads FLAC natively)
Note: If you listen to 128s and think its ok - please move along
