before u upgrade to 20a u had adb drivers installed ? i dont know if u needed them with the older firmware because when i bought it it was already on 20a. My only issue and i couldnt unlock the bootloader was the drivers. after that just one click in the all in one tool , did the work.

well u r not doomed inside a developer forum. i believe as soon as someone see it , will help u.
for now try do what you can do since u have bugs , to help yourself have less bugs. root is fine. if google playstore doesnt work, then download latest gapps and extract them. manually install them in the system->app. go manually delete all dalvic-cache and cache of all apps. reboot and fixed. if u have other bug tell me maybe i have an idea to help to that too until u find a solution to the bootloader problem.
---------- Post added at 11:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 11:40 PM ----------
also there are replacement apps for the original 20b. maybe u cant unlock the easy way , maybe u cant install other rom, but definately u can modify the original rom the way u like it, manually. u can use alternative launcher, alternative task manager, alternative everything. modify the status bar. u can do magic if u have time to spend !!!

yeah i know but how i install gapps in adb since i only have instal update thru adb and i dont have the dalvik cache option, and yesterday my recovery became unrecoverable,it appears the LG logo and some red words saying "critical boot failure unrecoverable bootloader error" and know i cant eve go to the sw update option since it only appears that error...it sucks man, samsung never gave that much of problems i had a s3 mini and it was ultra custumized......but got mugged...and lucky me i found this phone in a fair with used produtcs...buyed,and later i saw it was a development phone and not a retail and never saw the man who sold me,it must be some kind of punishment hehe..

you didnt get what i said. u will do it manually. to have a button and do it all isnt manually -.-
i say again. fix your bugs manually ! u r rooted right ? u said that. then use a root explorer ! download latest gapps released at 21/08, open your root explorer, extract them. go to extracted ~system/app , copy / paste in your system / app the apks , navigate to data/dalvik-ache or cache/dalvik-cache delete all of those files. then go to cache or to your task manager and delete all app cache. reboot. thats it. this was fixed. the same way u can download mods or alternative apps, install them manually, delete the originals if u dont want them ( first disable them and test if the alternatives work ) , reboot. its easy. the system apps that need root access always go to system/app and the odex is created automatically after reboot.

Hi, nice to meet you. May I know what help is can you offer to the users here? Whether it is about the development of ROM, kernel, tweak or something?
see if you can help me with that error 504 . from playstore when i am trying to download an app , tried everything that is on the internet forums
U need to uninstall the g play services and play store . And download the latest update for ur device version. then try and tell me.
But , how do u uninstall the g play and g play services from the phone , they are installed on the system , also i don't think that's gonna solve it because i already flashed the latest gapps package after a fresh rom install . it happened first when i was using phone data and was traveling so due to net error it stopped then i resumed but it showed me error 504 , that was the first time..I literally tried everything someone on the reddit said that its gateway error so i tried different network/phone data but still no go... The app won't install since i last uninstalled it .. Damnit

i flashed stock rom , then custom rom again but this time with updated gapps package but the problem remains , the app won`t even install through mirror (.apk) file also .
BUt i found a workaround i had an backup file for that app and when i installed the backup file via . ALL IN ONE TOOLBOX , the app got installed also when i checked the old version and downloaded its mirror(.apk) file from the internet it got installed i guess that it has to do something to do with the app , coz i have read that apps which are build on ADOBE AIR platform .has issues with LP roms. anyhow i won`t be able to update the app but still i am able to use it . thanks for the suggestion though .

I guess you're right, it should be a compatibility problem with that app, not the play store or something like that; anyway good to know you've found a workaround
my screen brightness is too bright eventhough i set is to lowest, screen brightness eat my battery life the most. I had try dimmer app but it only put a layer on top it doesn't really reduce the brightness and save battery.
Please do tell me how to reduce the brightness.

Problem when tried to update from CM13 20160502 to 20160506, my phone "dosnt work".

Problem when tried to update from CM13 20160502 to 20160506, my phone "dosnt work".
Hello guys,
Well, i was using CM13 for a long time without problem, but yesterday i tried to update to 06 may 2016, and when i clicked in "update" option, it restarted and the screen started to flash, i waited for about 10 minutes and it didnt changed, so i removed the batery and tried to start again, and it just loop in start screen forever, done a factory reset, and it worked, well, it was on, but a lot of problem started, i couldnt open de SD card (once i selected to use sdcard as internal, the worst choice of my life), the keyboard is not working.. i cant use my phone :/
I can start my phone, but cant access the SDCard and cant use the keyboard..
I really dont want to reflash a stock rom and TRY to root it (the last time it took me 4 days to root it, and i really dont remember how i did it, because none of the methods i found worked, just one from a russian forum worked to me using the lg stock rom 5.0.2), i'm about 2 hours searching for a pre-rooted 5.0.2 android rom for lg l90 d410hn, but cant find either :/
Can some one please save me ? I really LOVE CM rom and dont want to get back to stock rom, and i really need my phone working again :crying:
Thanks in advance!
Have a nice day.
Apparently i cant open it in download mode too.. if i press volume up + power, it just starts normally, without entering download mode :/

D410hn is different than D410, hn variant is dual SIM and has NFC, its bootstack may have problems with D410. I suggest that you use latest bootstack for your model.

Which TWRP did you use? Try another version, shoxxy's version may cause error 7 with some devices.
Also if you are still on an old version of KitKat you may need to flash the full bootstack to update modem partitions as well.

Your phone's system partition is empty, that's why it's stuck with LG logo. Simply copy the other (installable) TWRP zip and flash it with current TWRP and it should work. (Reboot afterwards, of course)
I have used the DatkBlue version from the same thread you linked, not sure if it will work for you. There is another version by GrinningFerret IIRIC.
There is also a workaround where you edit the ROM zip to bypass error 7, search forum.
Again, no need to revert to stock now. Good luck.

Reading your first post, it seems that you micros may be bad. Are you using another one or at least tested that one for hardware errors?

Actually the other TWRP version was built by SlimShaddy:

https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24459283995313433
It's in IMG format, so I think you can't flash it directly in TWRP.

IDEM!! COMPLETELY IDEM! I had the pra-lx1c55b105 too, and, after root, I have your same problems too! Please, someone help us!!!
nobody read the multiple thread about this problem ?
Sorry but it's really annoying. (it's not about you, nothing personnal
Your problem is related to a different version between the boot_root image and, the system partition...
You could try to update your phone to the latest firmware (so you have to configure the wifi and then check in the "about" page for an update)
If an update if available, then I think this will solve your problem.
And be very carefull, never install (apk or worse, flash a partition ) something if no version is specified
My friend had maked the update over Wi-Fi but after the download the flash in the recovery fails, why ? @ripp2003 can you link me where la located this theard ? Thanks a lot

But this topic is related to PR1-LX1C432B110 and this is the source of newesc.... (this topic got a lot of informations on how to find your firmware)
So right now, you need the exact version of the firmware : I think it's pra-lx1c55b105
-> Find it and download it with Huawei Firmware Finder
-> Extract the boot.img from the firmware with Huawei Firmware Extractor (or maybe you've done a copy before flash the boot_root.img ?)
-> fastboot flash boot boot.img
You 'll lost root but this way, I think you can recover your phone
If this doesnt work, I'm really sorry but, you have to wait for some developpers to make Rom....or, some special things for recover an official firmware.
I'm sorry, this situation is a bullsh**
Really Good luck

Even after doing a full wipe whith manual calling recovery ?

nobody read the multiple thread about this problem ?
Sorry but it's really annoying. (it's not about you, nothing personnal
Your problem is related to a different version between the boot_root image and, the system partition...
You could try to update your phone to the latest firmware (so you have to configure the wifi and then check in the "about" page for an update)
If an update if available, then I think this will solve your problem.
And be very carefull, never install (apk or worse, flash a partition ) something if no version is specified

The problem is to find it... On the internet I can't find anything, and on firmware finder too. I need the stock PRA-LX1C55B105 firmware (especially the boot.img) but the problem is to find it. I can't find it anywhere!!!
Please help
I Think what firmware finder isn't really good, someone know another method to download firmware or part of firmware like the boot.img?

Yeah, thank you!! Let me know if you can boot the phone with that stock kernel, and if security and developper options works. Try the Webcam and the music player too, thank you!

Can you tell me what you did? You flashed the entire zip, or only the boot.img? And how? With twrp right?
Yes everything works. I did factory reset and the phone is back to default.
I extracted BOOT image and RECOVERY image with HuaweiUpdateExtractor.
After that with I copied both BOOT and RECOVERY image in Minimal ADB and Fastboot folder.
At last I've connected the phone to PC and flashed BOOT and RECOVERY image.
I've disconnected the phone booted in recovery did factory reset and after that phone booted normally.

yes, but if you tried the updated method and it worked with you it wont wipe any thing because that means your bootloader is already unlocked.

sorry for taking me too long to answer. to be honest with you i tried this way over ten times with my phone and some of my friend. for me and some others it worked from the first time bout for others they had to go through the procedure more than one time till they succeeded. and as you see no one in this thread said if they tried it and if it worked smoothly with them or not.

just use the very last method ( if something went wrong )and you will have your phone working as new
i haven't tried it on your basband version. but did you reboot normally to Android first? if you did try to flash twrp again. I'm not sure if it will work with baseband cause as i said i haven't tried it on this update.

Hello,
I am having difficulties about flashing the TWRP recovery. I followed your step #3 procedure and successfully flashed the TWRP then I went to step #4 and I held the [power button] and [vol -] at the same time and selected the recovery option, then the stock recovery shows up instead of TWRP recovery.
My phone info.
Lenovo Phab 2 650M 6.0 Marshmallow
Baseband Verson : PB2-650M_A_V044_170726
Build number: PB2-650M_S040_170725_ROW

Fixed..!!!
What or how did you fix this. Solution or link please.
flash the pit file by itself with an original. worked for me after a day of headaches (forgot to enable dev mode nub mistake) and even the samsung repair center was stumped lol
I HAVE a j327p from boost mobile and ive yet to figure out how to install twrp on it, but i did manage to to disable the ability for external updating or storage devices to assist me in the process. what exactly do i need to do to to get all of that fixed. keep in mind this was a phone given to me by another party to work on but it had already been factory reset so developer options were not available to me to turn on or off. any guidance someone can provide me would be awesome. thank you

What? lucky patcher gives Bootloop?
Guys installing on the 327 p is pretty cut-and-dry. It's really simple. All you have to do is make sure bit binary is right if you're trying to put a cooked around Monett there are about to cook prawns out there I know of so far since they came out a few years back. Petrucci of your pee make sure you be directly into TWRP after you have flashed it otherwise it won't cause any issues. Hope that helps.

That's something to do with custom files on the device as I recall I could very well be mistaken but I have a Chase 727 that is the old-school j7 which is a pretty nice phone with a very strange OS on it but it's a really nice one as well needs a lot of work still though. Anyway I it has its way with back ends and it's a leak so play no trying to get out of here is I have the same issue going on and I are just here to take care of it but I'm pretty positive on what I just said above all this being the truth.
