LG Confirmed countries with no ICS

As the title says, here will be a list of countries with no ICS release for our phone. But, with XDA, that problem will be overcomed with just one fingertip from XDA.
THIS IS NOT AN ICS DISCUSSION THREAD. DISCUSS AT THE THREAD STICKIED IN THIS FORUM. THIS IS ONLY FOR CARRIER SERVICE DISCUSSIONS.
So here are the countries with no ICS. Sources will be below them.
Spoiler
Canada - NO ICS Except Optimus LTE

Carriers with confirmed ICS:
Spoiler
Vodafone
The info is all about Canada. No list about which countries receive ICS.
Will Asian countries (India) will receive ICS for OB or not ?
Couple of days back in XDA one member posted that LG OB and 2X will receive ICS and he showed the link that is believable.
But now this thread is disappointing LG users.
Still, news are whirling.....

I get tired of all the "Yeah, i found something! I got the allmighty Google Skills that noone else got" Posts.
Imho this Thread can be shut down.

Take this discussion to the ICS speculation thread. Do not open anything similar again.

Just introducing myself (With a boom)

Hello Folks,
My names Jono and I'm just another nerd/phone enthusiast. I've worked in the telecommunications industry for over 5 years (mainly sales and technical support), so I should be able to help anyone with here any technical issues or offer general info on most smartphones.
I've also spent the last two years developing my own smartphone website (fonefox dot com) . We provide smart phone specifications, comparisons and have our own scoring system for phones. Its still a work in progress, so feel free to give some feedback if you feel it deserves any.
Looking forward to to being apart of this community
Can you please make your intro's into the official intro thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961655
Thanks!

No Geek

Hi
I am Somnath.
I am from a third world country called India.
I am no Geek but a Security Guard.
I have Redmi Note 7S.
I want Install Custom ROM in it to have better smooth experience.
I am not sure if I will make it or Brick it.
I have an PC but have no internet connection.
Only internet on phone.
I don't know where to start and what to start.
Too many tutorials available on internet.
I am totally confused because I never done these type of technical things.
I am just an average user.
Hello and welcome to XDA. Please take a moment to review the XDA Forum Rules and Forum Etiquette linked in my signature.
As a courtesy, here is the link to the Redmi Note 7 subforum. Please note that XDA has many device specific subforums with a plethora of information. Please use the Search function, or click the Manufacturers link at the top of the page to find your OEM.
Thank you!

Flash from ATT to Verizon

Where do I need to start if I want to flash a SIM unlocked S20 FE 5G from ATT to Verizon firmware?
Here's the situation.
My Mother-In-Law has a SIM unlocked S20 FE 5G that was on ATT and is now activated and working on Verizon (with V SIM).
This was done to help her save a few $$, since adding a line to our V account is cheaper than a full separate account with ATT.
The cellular reception in her apartment is horrible but she does have great WIFI.
I tried to enable WIFI calling on her phone, but apparently the ATT firmware does not support that.
I would like to flash her phone over to either a stock Verizon FW or a basic carrier free Samsung firmware.
She doesn't need a souped up fast as it can be ROM, stability and WIFI calling are the goals.
She doesn't even care about the bloat, but I figure if some of that can be eradicated she will like her phone better for longer.
If the flash can be done while saving her user data, that is a bonus, but I know what a big ask that is.
I am not new to flashing FW but it has been quite a few years and my experience has been almost exclusively with Motorola hardware.
I am reading about Odin and Frija now.
Is there a dummy's guide for flashing Samsung?
Thanks
go with trying to get the phone on non carrier firmware, the Verizon model has different hardware as it uses a different version of 5G compared almost everyone else.
