[ROM] [stock 4.1.2] Droid Nexesque v3.6 XT925/XT926 "Fast, Stable & Reliable"
** Disclaimer, this is something I am posting here from the www.droidrzr.com forum with direct authorization from the OP to also alert everyone on XDA Developers and the direct download link to the Rom. Ive flashed soo many different Roms and this works the best and in my opinion is the most fast, stable and Force Close free. Battery life is one of the best I've seen for any phone as well. Thanks for this great opportunity to get this to every user smart enough to flash it adamjmtz and JP1044 **
So, I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not a real developer, but I have spent quite a bit of time reading the INTERNET. This is a stock-based RAZR HD ROM that I have themed and debloated to be as close to a stock nexus experience as possible (hence the 'nexesque' name). I basically like things to be clean, unintrusive, and stable.
DISCLAIMER: I built this rom for my own personal use and I’m posting it on here for you to try. Blah blah blah, if you brick your device it’s your own damn fault.

OPTIONAL ADDON STEP BY STEP GUIDE ON CUSTOMIZING ROM provided from user hallokitty. Special thanks to him.
The framework is an apk easily installed: http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk (From this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401)
GravityBox is here: http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.ceco.gm2.gravitybox - there's a link to the APK, currently 2.6.9
Just download them both, install the first framework APK first.. then open it. Choose the "Framework" option at the top. Press "Install/Update". It will need a reboot after.
Then install the GravityBox APK.
In your app drawer, go into "Xposed Installer", you'll be back at the same screen as before, press on "Modules", and check "GravityBox". I think it may even need a reboot again, I don't remember.
From there, just go into GravityBox in your app drawer, it has a few good tweaks - the main reason I got this one is because I can make the Navigation Bar smaller so I have more screen space, you can show the menu key etc.. Also you can center the clock on the status bar, make other visual changes to the Rom and many other tweaks to Nexesque.
As for the DPI, I just went with this simple app in the market: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.texdroider.texdroider_dpi
I'm currently running at 240 and I've had no market issues, but some apps will think you're on a tablet, so it can look odd. I had no problem with any of the settings I tried so far, so I can't report any real issues with that. I didn't try any crazy values though, I say between 200-300 is probably going to work fine.

The link says 926 so is this for the xt926 or will it also work on the xt925? I'm a little afraid to go onward without a little more info but it does sound like a nice ROM to try out

This is what I've been able to find for you Safe Strap users: " I have this ROM running via safe strap right now. Built it out last night.
SS 3.12
My procedure: Erased rom slot 1 completely by doing standard cache wipes and wiping the OS. Then activated a different ROM slot. Then clicked rom slot 1 and deleted it.
Rebuilt rom slot 1 with a 2 gig partition. Did all the standard wipes again before I installed. Mounted system only, unchecked other boxes. Installed ROM. Once this ROM was installed wiped cache and dalvik cache & booted, no issues to report yet"

I tried this and it kinda works. doesnt connect as good as the proper xt925 ROM and toggling the network type from global to GSM and back after evey reboot is annoying. Please god somebody duplicate this rom on the xt925. PLEASE!

wifi not work
my device is 925, and I own the safestrap procedure that legend221 described. The rom flashed normally, but the wifi does not work.
What could have happened?

I removed the kernel in post #2 as it was an alternative for the Rom but not a requirement.
Performed a full wipe and re flashed just the Rom by itself and it fixed my wifi issue at a local hotspot.
I use mobile data 99 percent of the time so I never noticed before.
Try the same and let us know if you can connect now.

I installed with CWM and now it worked. It's a pity I have not got the safestrap = /

Glad to hear.
I don't have safestrap and am unlocked. Being unlocked is better than having safestrap as some users have tried to unlock but their phones are already upgraded so they cannot unlock their phones anymore.
You should be happy you are unlocked

Is there an option in this ROM to remove the soft keys at the bottom of the screen? I use PIE Controls and don't need or want the built-in soft keys. I'd prefer to have the screen real estate. If that option exists I'd love to give this ROM a try.

use it on an xt925
In case anybody is interested, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2394689
seems like the trick to make a xt926 ROM work properly with a xt925

Great, thanks for letting the users know. We're you able to perform this with success?

god this looks nice. wish it was on the atrix hd :crying:

I don't get it, why doesn't this work with GSM sims isn't the Razr HD a world phone meaning it works with Verizon cdma and international GSM networks (US with radio mod)
Sent from my Droid Razr Maxx HD (GSM)

Thx for this ROM,
I like as close to stock as possible.
It had a hard time until I figured out that you put a radio file in it.

Thanks bpear. I downloaded the the stable version. Camera fixed, yay. Do you have any website where I can donate. It may not be much but it is just a gesture of appreciation of what you do, Thank you and great rom. I am thrilled. One more question. Any ICS rom is in works from you or any other android fan. I love love this phone. I had a LG Optimus V before but Tmobile coverage and 4g is much better than Virgin Mobile though LG Optimus V is a solid phone.

Are you looking for a stable and smooth Gingerbread 236 experience?
A completely reliable and fully functioning daily driver?
Tweaked and modded as you have come to expect from a GB ROM?
Lightly Blured with an AOSPish twist?
A Clean Slate to modify as YOU wish?
Introducing a custom AOSPish ROM based on the deodexed Gingerbread 2.3.6 (4.5.141) Fruit Cake made by Xanadu. The ROM has been almost completely de-bloated and de-blured, and has many AOSP components.
Try to think of this ROM as a Clean Slate to modify as YOU wish. I don't want to force apps, gapps, themes, and launchers on you.
I will leave it up to YOU to decide how you want YOUR ROM to look and function.
First boot is slow (due to deodex). Just be patient and enjoy the AOSP boot animation!
All the features of CSROM plus:
Faux 1.45GHz 026b1 unified kernel
V6 Supercharged (1000HP)
Faster and smoother than CSROM
Still has great battery life
Apps open instantly!
The idea was to create a customized status bar that reminds the user of the dashboard of a high-end sports car with the color scheme of the Motorola boot logo. This theme, which is compatible with both CSROM and CSROM Turbo, includes the HTC Sense status bar, status bar icons, and notification drawer.

Gingerbread 2.3.6 (4.5.141) Stock Fruitcake
At the same time I was working on the ROM above, I also spent some time trying to understand the problem with installing Gingerbread 2.3.6 Fruit Cakes. There are many members of this forum, myself included, that have been looking for a Gingerbread 2.3.6 (4.5.141) fruit cake to return to stock. There are a few available on SamCripp’s thread, but there seems to be issues for some users installing them (if you search the thread you will find references to “System 7” errors). After trying to use these fruit cakes for a while I realized that I could not get them to install properly coming from a CM9/10 ROM, but coming from CM7 usually worked fine. After noticing that the GB 234 and 235 Fruit Cakes worked great every time, I started experimenting with install script mods. I eventually made one that works every time no matter which ROM I was currently running. The fruit cake I was using is listed on SamCripp’s thread as “2.3.6” and was also made by Xanadu and is pure stock. There is a download link below for my mod for anyone that is interested. If you use it let me know how it works. (Don’t misinterpret anything I have said above as a slight to SamCripp or ROM Factory – mad love for both!)
Many thanks to:
SamCripp for ROM Factory
Xanadu for making the original Fruit Cake
Installation: (flash at your own risk – all the usual disclaimers apply)

Flash ROM from recovery (no need to wipe – install script wipes system, data, cache, and Dalvik)

I just wanted to quickly confirm that I flashed this coming from CM7 and had no issues. The Stock GB ROM worked great.
Thanks again!

I don't know. In theory, it is possible. You may find some useful info in the link below where AT&T users were able to use a Froyo UK fruitcake.

[ROM][MODDED PORT]Slimui - The genius of being small (~90 Mb )

S L I M U I
DISCLAIMER
This is not my work. The port of Miui.us to I9000 was made by Brad Heffernan (Link to Original Thread for SLIMUI 1.x and Here for SLIMUI 2.x).
My philosophy
Android has to be slim. It's all about user's own personality and individuality. Stock should be all customizable and as lightweight as it could be. Your phone must trully (hence freely) express yourself, otherwise go and buy an iPh... lol.
BASE
It's JellyBean 4.1.2. Hats off to MIUI Team for all of the beauty they added to a otherwise highly performant firmware. Also nothing of this continuous development would be possible if not for our phone's unsuspected brother, the Nexus S. And finally, big thanks to all the hard workers of the original porting to GT-I9000.
SPECIFICATIONS
NOTE: All features defined here are relative to the build 1.3
- Installation: I prefered the usual simplistic installer (not Aroma as in original)
- Bootanimation: Changed to match Miui.us logo
- Kernel: It has Semaphore 2.50sv, the only version with fully working Aroma Filemanager (you can even change permissions in CWM Recovery!)
- RAM: hugemem patched (390 Mb) with 720p recording and playback
- Modem: KB5, however it will not override your current one
- Display: It is 201 DPI.
- AriesParts: Yes, it has advanced Galaxy S controls (color tuning, in-call volume etc)
- Launcher: MiHome Launcher, it's Miui exported to non-Miui ROMs. Has preincluded Theme Manager (working with no need for Xiaomi account)
- Keyboard: Q2 Keyboard. Free, fast, customizable.
- Slimui Tuner: Aroma Installer add-on with all missing stock and Slimui/Mi (flashable in cwm)
NOT INCLUDED
- GAPPS: it has no (hopefully) google elements, apart Android (lol)
- A lot of Xiaomi stuff.
- Some Miui.us apps
- Libs and framework files that are not used (?)
KNOWN ISSUES:
- GPS: works, but it's Vibrant, lol. It has my tweaks, it doesn't use gps.conf, I doubt Vibrant ever uses it.
- 911: I don't know (and don't care, sorry US users: EDIT: See post No.2). I use Mr Psycho's RIL files (original Galaxy S files), which are CM9 so you were warned.
- Settings, About phone: Wrong available internal memory displayed. I don't know why, it is on every Miui 4.1 ROM.
- Lockscreen: It may behave strange on unlock (doesn't freeze, it simply doesn't show up). Maybe a MiHome Launcher issue (?). Solved in latest builds.
- Themes: Due to changed DPI some packs might not apply.

INSTALLATION
Warning
Make a Nandroid backup of your current ROM first! You MUST have correct partitions before you proceed (see CM 10/JB 4.1)! <== It seems there are some exceptions though
AND
You are the ONLY responsible if something goes wrong. Don't blame God, devil or me for screwing up your phone. Be smarter, think twice. LOL, don't be a noob, just grow up

Changelog:
NOTE: Only the changelog of the latest build will be displayed here
30/03/2013 SLIMUI 1.5
<<<PRIME NOSTALGY>>>
TEST BUILD 1
Changelog:
- English only
- Launcher: Stock launcher (all widgets working, except for Miui Weather - not included, has chinese cities only; hint - install instead Go Weather Widget from Playstore, it WORKS without Go Launcher Ex, it's best of all). Global Search widget needs Google's Search and Voice Search from Playstore - install apart.
- Theme: Black Ice theme (planned, needs many edits ). For now: Lockscreen & Lock wallpaper from Blues Theme (thanks to its dev Tony!) and Status Bar from Miui_4 Concept_ICS Theme (big thanks to its dev Jooode!). The original Black Ice 2.3 Theme isn't fully compatible with JB, for now only Icon pack implemented (big big thanks to its dev cgvelmax!).
- Locker: A very nice one, you'll like it (matches so well to the Prime aestethics) ^^^ see above
- New Miui Calculator, so cute interface! (from Miui 3.2.x Nexus ROM)
- MiFile Explorer: Updated to latest 3.1.6 Dark Blue build. Very strong release, fully working root explorer, archive manager. Credits to apooonet.
- Theme Manager: replaced with an older version that fixes the apply theme bug (downloads OK apply OK; no Xiaomi account needed, only formal consent on the first run). A side effect: won't let you change ringtones from within Settings, but through Theme manager itself OR by editing Build.prop lines (where ringtone and alarms are defined).
- Framework.jar patch for Mediascanner wake-ups bug (credits...Shoman94, thread here)
- Init.d: Removed scripts for scheduler and governor, were broken. New scripts for better Sd Card read/write experience (Benchmark friendly , thanks to Blackbean team and neobuddy)
- Browser: Baidu Browser instead of Miui stock one, a very powerful chinese browser (english translation). Credits to Baidu team.
- Keyboard: New Sony Ericsson Keyboard. Credits to _Sparks for porting it. Many languages and good prediction.
- Important: Superuser.apk replaced with Miui Security Guard. Fixed Su bug from 1.4 build (partial root)
- Maybe other little changes
Installation notes for Slimui 1.5 <<<Prime Nostalgy>>>:
- After the first boot, let it sit 5-10 min, then reboot
- It builds caches very slow, I don't know why (Miui 4 bug?). However thereafter it should be very fast
- It is still a buggy build due to theming and (maybe) implemented system tweaks, use for testing

mi2stock converter Link here Install in CWM Recovery. For now it will only install 2 stock apps, Miui Home and File Explorer. It will also restore the original theme (with icons and gadgets), which were previously included by default in the removed MiHome Launcher.
Slimui Tuner Link here Install in CWM Recovery. It is an AROMA Installer, will guide and customize the (un)installation of the missing stock apps. NOTE: You MUST select every app you want to keep, otherwise the given app will be removed! It will also wipe cache and dalvic cache, so the reboot will be a bit longer.
This is finally a slimmed down android version for the Vibrant. I tried requesting a version like this but never had luck. I will definitely install this when it's available. Thanks again

Flashed it but I keep getting android.process.media has stopped so I can't really test/play with it. I tried clear data from framework, play services, market, media storage, I tried fix permission in recovery etc, no go.
Edit: I did another full wipe and system format and its good now.

The ROM is indeed pretty small but faster than any other MiUi present. I just installed the rom & apps & phone is still fast enough.
Thank u!:good:
Edit: Doesn't sync contacts from Gmail(solved: Flashed gapps 4.1.2) !
Runs 720P videos in MXplayer without any issues.

I didn't include the GoogleContactsSyncAdapter.apk in the ROM, I didn't use it. But be careful, flashing GAPPS may breake your Playstore if it's not multi-dpi (use only the Slim Gapps, it works flawlessly on dpi 201).
Glad you like it
Edit: Links to original CM10 RIL and GPS binaries added (see post No.2). Flash in CWM recovery.
Edit 2: Seems that CM10 RIL files will break the phone call sound. Going to post the Miui.us RIL files from GT-I9000
Edit 3: Added Miui-us RIL files for GT-I9000, now sound is ok
I'm not quite sure if it is a bug or not, but in the google account, contacts does not appear so they are not synchronized to the cellphone, or maybe it is just my phone.
Everything else is extremely smoooth!!!
Best regards

Anyone check the sound on phonecalls?
"Restore CM 10 RIL files (see attached) <=== Phone call sound broken?"
Makes me doubt flashing this :l
Sorry, i'm a bit confused again, do I flash GT-i9000? (i realize vibrant is t959, but the way you word it in your other post makes it sound like the i9000 will fix it for us as well)
edit: Tried it, just not working out, looks like the default miuihome is much better, and using that in system/apps doesn't work because it can't make any widgets, even with root permission.
Very fast ROM though, nice job.

Dr.Developer of this rom, do you have any idea which theme you used for this? Or where the .mtz is stored in your ROM file?
The lockscreen was the SMOOTHEST i've ever had, and I'm trying to get that on the other MIUI rom.

Datadata/com.miui.mihome2/app_built_in_theme/MIUI_default.mtz.
Actually it comes prebuilt in the launcher (MiHome).
What do you mean when you say you couldn't add widgets to the desktop? I have no problem adding any widget or folder I want. Just long press on homescreen, scroll the lower bar and you can also check out in the "More widgets", the last button to add others.
why late... cant wait...

I liked the lock screen but had troubles with it. It would disappear, after I unlocked it and then turn screen off it would not reappear when I turn screen back on until I rebooted.

It may behave strange on unlock (doesn't freeze, it simply doesn't show up). Maybe a MiHome Launcher issue (?). Solved: Go to Menu->Launcher Settings and then toggle off "Use MiHome Locker". You'll have now the basic Miui Lockscreen.

UPDATE 19/01/2013
Changelog:
15/01/2013 - First release, SLIMUI AIO. No more AIO in future, sorry
19/01/2013 - SLIMUI basic: I'll keep it as much MIUI as I can.
Now only 95 Mb!
Removed:
- All Google apps (including libs). Flash Slim GAPPS for JB 4.1. No Gallery/Camera from Google either.
- Voodoo Control. Sorry Supercurio Install free from Playstore
- AppDrawer: install free from Playstore
- Lbesec_miui.apk: too many permission dialogs and running in bg (you have Superuser and your IQ for that, lol). EDIT: It seems that the MiHome Lockscreen became much more fluid, probably for this reason?
Kept:
- All "Mi" apps: they are MIUI, modded or ported. In case of MiHome, it feels faster and has integrated Theme Manager, which won't ask you any Xiaomi registration.
- Q2 Keyboard: I'm waiting the dev's authorisation, though
Added:
- Miui Gallery and Camera, instead of the removed ones
Known issues: see OP
- Miui Camera: will FC on 720p video registration. This is a political issue, no comment.
INSTALLATION NOTES: On basic release (no AIO), you may install Slim GAPPS whenever you want, feel free to taste the pure flavour of Miui first!
Links and changelogs in post No 2. Links coming soon!
EDIT: Uploaded! Check post No 2 for download link.

([DEODEXED // ZIPALIGNED // JELLYBEAN ROM])
What I have here is a Jellybean 4.1.1 based ROM. Its been de-odexed, zipaligned, debloated heavily and I removed as much blur as possible while keeping the ROM fully functional (including SMARTACTIONS) *blur apps have been replaced with AOSP versions* All of the main apps, including Google apps and the system have been blacked out!! This UI is very dark, and a lot of time has went into blacking everything out and I wouldn't have it any other way, so if your not a fan of darkness.. then this ROM is probably not for you! You Must be running the (OTA) JB version on your stock ROM since the kernel is needed to run correctly.. and you must use Safestrap recovery to flash the ROM if your on a consumer device, or TWRP/CWM recovery if your on the Developer edition! If you have any suggestions/issues please do feel free to leave your feedback.. as its always greatly appreciated!
Aloha and Mahalo for all the donations and continued support! BW FTW!!!!! !!

Re-themed nearly every single System/App making this one of the Darkest builds to date!
Fixed Force closes issues during Device setup, there should be No problems with anything now!
Heavily Extremely Debloated, the last 2 Verizon apps that were causing the Force Closes and popups on boot in prior builds have been removed! if your a fan of Motorola/Verizon apps or widgets, then this ROM is definitely not for you!
Disabled Entitlement check (Wifi Hotspot hack)
I'm sure that I did more, I just cant keep track of everything as i am currently working on updating both HD builds, and the final release for the XT912. .. but,
Enjoy the Darkness!

New ROM, based off Jimboslices deodex, motoblur-9.1.39a-vanquish ROM
Blacked out the framework
SystemUI got an overhaul deleting whats not needed, and added in my BW darkness and minimal icons
Added in a 1% Accurate battery Mod, but removed the battery icon from system bar (i use the circle widget as seen in the screenshots)
Removed lockscreen text under icons in the framework
Debloated nearly every Verizon bloatware leaving only behind the ones needed to have Verizon mobile data widget, backup assistant, and smartactions fully functional.
Superuser has been updated, and added in SuperSU for added benefit., also updated busybox.
Added in Init.d support (thanks to mattlgroff), adbd and zipalign on first boot
I updated a few app icons to reflect the White Widow look, only a few! BWicons also got updated with the new images for the app drawer. ..
Updated all apps, Apex just updated to a new version, again, right after i released.. and Power Toggles i didn't update due to some newer bad reviews.
Widow Butter build.prop edits have been added for a fluid, battery sipping experience., not to mention the theme work will help save your battery!!
This is, by far the darkest ROM/theme selection you will find for your RAZR HD, so enjoy the darkness!
This is to change the M print on boot., and will change it with my blacked out widow editions.. this is very simple to do, and you will need a PC~

Actually the XT926 denotes 3 different phones:
The Verizon Razr HD, (consumer and developer,) and the Verizon Razr Maxx HD.

yes I'm aware. If you have the consumer RAZR HD/ MAXX HD then you use safe strap recovery. if your on the developer RAZR HD then you will use CWM or TWRP recovery. I thought most people would already know this, as most root users know how this would work. ..

Yes...mostly, you won't have any wifi though. There is a way to fix it as it was fixed in Batakang for Atrix HD but I'm not a dev I tried replacing the prima_wlan.ko and cfg80211.ko files as shown in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2107662 but no go
You will get an "Unsupported SIM" warning at boot but can be skipped no problem.
I was able to get LTE on by going to *#*#4636#*#* in my dialer and picking LTE/CDMA/EvDo/GSM/WCDMA as my Preferred Network Type. Do NOT change anything else here unless you know what you are doing!
The XT925 and XT926 are so close that most things work even the camera!
Got it working, see here:

this is an amazing Rom, i have it for some time now without any issues at all, work smooth, good battery, enjoy it guys

I got it working too EXCEPT for LTE!!! When I try setting to global, the phone forces GSM/UMTS. It will let me set LTE/CDMA/EvDo/GSM/WCDMA as my prefered networks however.
Is it possible to put the theme changes into a update file that we can test with one of the available ATRIX HD roms?

Try changing the preferred value from 9 to 10 in
ro.telephony.default_network=9
ro.ril.def.preferred.network=9
I believe that this will make it default to global instead of gsm/utms. I get lte in Canada with gsm/utms so I assumed it would have been the same down there!
If 10 doesn't work then maybe 3? I had a list somewhere as to what the numbers meant. I know that 4 is cdma.

Lol, ok...
Frameworks and cores, just meaning that when you fire it up for the first time, you won't have to do a years worth of upgrades all at once. It is up to date.
and you know my FAV part of this ROM so far? I've not had a SINGLE reboot or freezeup. Google Now actually works without freezing up when you say Google.
If you receive the private Beta, please do not redistribute the link.
Also, leave feedback here as well, to let me know what needs work.
Solid!
You've hit the nail on the head.
Taken the best of the stock versions and fine tuned.
Thanks a lot for this.
Eagerly awaiting public release
it would be great, if you can add halo and pie to your long features list...

I was looking for a SOLID ROM, meaning
NO REBOOTS
EVERYTHING WORKS
GOOD BATTERY LIFE
SMOOTHNESS
Unfortunately, we just don't have that yet with most of the custom 4.2.2 ROMs, and there aren't really any stock based ROMs yet.
So here is something I've been working on for about a week now, and is DEFINITELY still a work in progress.
HoloBlur ROM - Beta
FEATURES
Rooted with Koush Superuser
Based off of the Mexican Retail 4.1.2 Stock zip.
Fully deodexed, with init.d and insecure ADB support.
V6 Supercharger Script.
Custom kernel with many governors and overclocking available up to 1.89 gHz, permission pending from arrrghhh to make available for public.
Removed MotoCamera and Gallery, replaced with newest 4.2 AOSP camera and gallery, takes crisp shots and records in 1080p.
Dark themed CM Messaging app with quick reply
Stock Moto launcher with the Circles widget
COMPLETELY debloated ROM to make it as lightweight and free of crapware/ Moto-spyware as possible
Latest Google frameworks and apps included - meaning completely UP TO DATE when you first fire up the ROM
AOSP DeskClock
Removed MotoEmail, replaced with AOSP Email
Google Emoji keyboard
Microbes and Sunbeam live wallpapers included
SmartActions and VoiceSuite still included
Like i said, this is very much a work in progress. The goal is to have the rock solidness of a stock rom, with the enjoyment and feel and beauty of the latest offerings from Google.
Plans include:
Themed lockscreen to look like 4.2.2
Themed status bar icons to look more like AOSP
Theme Moto dialer to look more AOSP
Theme all moto apps to have AOSP icons
Tweak stock launcher layout
Possible theming to the Circles widget to look more Holo-y
Battery percentages in status bar
Custom Navbar layouts (4, 5 buttons, whatever order you want, flashable in CWM)
Any other ideas? Bring it on!
INSTRUCTIONS
you may need to fastboot back to stock Jellybean for installing this. It has the boot.img included in it however, so that problem is no longer there like it was with the original Mexican Retail rom.
Factory reset/wipe data.
Format system.
Manually mount system in recovery.
Just flash the ROM.
Setup the ROM.
Notice there's no annoying privacy notice?

Private Beta for now until permission is acquired.

Try it in CWM first, if it doesn't boot then you need to fast boot stock jellybean to get the missing files there. Then flash HoloBlur in CWM.
And remember to manually mount system in CWM!!!! AND DO A BACKUP!!!! LOL

If the MEGA download gives you issues, I'll try devhost later on.
Will be upping v0.8.3 later today with some cleanup to scripts etc
