Pouch for Verizon Lg g2. - G2 Accessories

I have been searching to know avail. I am looking for pouch that would fit my phone that I have a ballistic gel case for. I have always had Reiko pouches. I like the build quality and it needs to have a integrated clip or loops for belt. Has anyone been able to find such a thing. I am open to other brands. Thanks for any help.

I ended up buying a water bottle cover at walmart. I'll take a picture tomorrow if you're interested. It came with two loops and a climbing clasp. I just loop belt through biggest loop and gravity does the rest.
I looked at cases online too and am surprised these companies don't offer a 4x7 horizontal belt case. Saw things that almost might work but to be honest this bottle water holder, flimsy/thin as it is, is the best thing I've found. For $3.00

I seen a bunch on ebay, it that is what you want. Sorry no link, but if you look at ebay I am sure you can find a cheap case that will work for you there.

I do understand what you are looking for. There are plenty of those on ebay, all you need to know is the dimensions your phone with the case on it. You may even go to the local cell phone store, find a larger phone that matches the size of your phone with case, then look for a case that would fit that larger phone. I hope that makes sense. I have seen many of those Holster cases for less then 10 bucks.

I have done that. Best buy. Local verizon stores. cell phone accessory stores. Online. Nothing. My phone is the same size as the note 3 without a case. But they only have sleeves. I have emailed several manufacturers and they all have said they will not fit with a case I have. Gonna have to see if they come out with anything for note 3. As of right now there is nothing. If you have seen them. Throw me a link. I have done my homework. That is why I have posted here. That is how this forum works. If you can help I would appreciate it. If not thanks for reading post.

I had Googled Reiko and that was how I had seen a bunch of them. I have a super sized one here in the house somewhere that I had bought at a Flea Market in Daytona Beach Florida.

When I went to there site I was looking for something for the Lg. They didnt have anything that was definitely gonna fit. Just found some on eBay that had inside dimensions in descriptions. Finally. Order a few different ones to try. One for work which is a nylon version. We'll see when I get them. Thanks

Hope you'll let us know. The water bottle cozy is working but I do get strange looks now and then. The eBay Link you posted looks more professional and protective.

So I received my order from eBay. The three I ordered all fit. With my ballistic gel case. If you are interested I will provide the info. Just let me know. I will probably post a confirmed thread in accessory section tomorrow. Most expensive ones were 8.49 with free shipping. All three only cost $27. Better than the 20-50$ I seen in stores.

Otterbox already has a case for the D3. Check it out on their site

They have a page for the Commuter case, but it's unfortunately not yet available.
EDIT: To clarify, there is no release date announced, and the Q and A section on the page confirms they won't say when. Just sign up for email updates.

Oops! I did not realize that. I just checked it out on their website, but had no intention of buying it just yet. Hence, had no clue that it is actually not for sale.
Hmmm! Since they have a picture of it, I am sure they have the final prototypes that are being given the final touches or something. I am sure we'll see them hitting Verizon stores sooner than later.
I would love me some Otterness.
They must be coming soon, because they were just added into the inventory system where I work at.
I have a contact at Otterbox that will be sending me one as soon as they are available. I will post the review on my website... www.gadgetu.net
I will link here on xda too.
In the mean time I picked up the Hard snap on case for the Droid 3. I will be reviewing this as well. I like the case because it fits with the dock. The commuter case for the otterbox probably wont ;/
If you do a google search for "droid 3 otterbox" on the shopping results you can find two sites with preorders for less than $25, one for $24.95 and no shipping, one for $21.95 and $2.95 shipping. There were results for less but with no seller reviews.

Hard snap on case from... otterbox or just the generic one from Amazon. I personally hate how thick some of the otterbox stuff is. I like thin cases ala Seidio that I can get to fit into docks or carports.
i really just want a case that doesn't add a lot of bulk, feels nice and fits snugly at least on the top half because i've already gotten a cheap cellbrite-like case from Amazon and had it on for a couple of days and i hated that it made sounds when it moved against my face while i talked on the phone. i want it to look pretty generic too with maybe just a nice pattern. none of that case branding sh** everywhere like it's a da** Nascar.

Note 2 case with a card holder?

Been trying to search the Web for a non flip case that can also hold cc. Any cases like that out there? I'm sure there is but when I do search all it comes up is the flip style. Thanks in advance.

How about this?
It sticks to any case very well and can store 3-4 cards.
Search for Sinjimoru, you can find them on eBay, Amazon... (sorry, I can't post links because I don't post enough on here)
there was another thread about this too. Really aren't many options like there are for the iPhone.
I'm assuming you want something like this:
http://blog.laptopmag.com/top-13-iphone-wallet-cases?slide=4
that has a slot in the back. I've been looking for one for awhile to no avail.

looks very good.....:cyclops::cyclops::cyclops::cyclops:
there is one by skinplayer, a korean brand.
http://www.skinplayer.co.kr/
look for igloo
This is the one I went with...
Aside from great looking (Nubuck) its the most functional I've seen.
You have a window for your ID, and you can close the card area with a snap so you can use your phone without your cards exposed.
And it has three pockets for bills and misc.
It's on eBay for around $40 shipped.

What case to buy?

I was wondering if someone who has had a chance to use these cases in the real world, what would you recommend?
I work in construction (often from rooftops and ladders from which my OG EVO had its demise) and I need a case that can give my M8 a decent chance at survival.
However I also don't wish to sacrifice functionality.
I owned an otterbox Defender for my EVO LTE, but dragging down the status bar was a huge pain, and the screen protector was so scratched that I removed it and simply added a film cover.
So, anyone got any good ideas?

Well I grabbed a defender for my m8, it seems more streamlined than the evo lte version, I can tell you that you won't have a problem dragging the status bar though.
I always kick out the built-in protectors, imo they end up doing more harm than good in the long run.

I tend to agree about the screen but it also protects a lot of crap getting in when I toss my phone in my toolbelt. Is the holster any better on the m8 vs the evo lte?
I was also thinking about the UAG. Anyone got any opinion how it would hold up?

Well my main problem with otterbox screen protector and the m8 is the cutouts for the speakers. Stuff would get in protector or not, but with protector there's more chance for scratching imo.

I've had stuff get in my case (results of my lte living in my toolbelt lol) and never had the screen actually get scratched. A miracle imo.
Would you say the otterbox Defender is the best? And how bulky and how easy is it to remove? It will get banged up so I tend to use something else on the weekends. Been actually thinking about trying the Commuter or UAG this time.

Well i originally went into the store to repair my cracked screen for my EvoLTE and insurance cost $100 for replacement... Well needless to say I got angry about the THREE replacement phones in 5 days and the store manager hooked me up with some major discounts including a zero downpayment on my M8 a commuter series case MSRP $39.98 here All i had to pay was sales tax on the phone $34.99, and $2.09 sales tax on case... So really i lost like $10 but its a win win for me in my eyes... I also traded in my EvoLTe got $25 out of it... Hence the reason i got the huge discounts...
So i just got lucky on a $2 case...i think they coded it as the cheapest case they could aswell... Just ask them if there is any kind of discounts they can give doesnt hurt to ask!

Doesn't look bad but I don't think it's the protection I need.
Also, the guy is wrong. there is something in a name. Otterbox replaced my case 4 times in a year. That's a big deal to me.
Thank you for the recommendation I just need more.
Think I may end up with an otter again.

I work in construction. A lot of times I'm a roofer. And most days I have my phone (not this one til I find the right case lol) in a pouch in my toolbelt hanging out with nails, prybars, and other items that would love to beat the crap outta my m8.
My og evo took it's demise from a slide down a roof, teetered on a gutter, then a quadruple backflip to the cement about 20 feet down with nothing but a plastic $10 case.
Since then I've had Defender cases. haven't had that happen again, but I hate how bulky it is. And the shield is almost worthless to me after a week on the job it's completely scratched up and the holster is too much trouble clipping on and off while working in the real world.
Anyway I appreciate your help but I'm I'd really like to know if anyone had something they thought was as durable and possibly less bulky.

Not if your in construction or any similar conditions.
I have a case mate naked tough which provides as much protection as the commuter I recently returned but looks much nicer.
I've considered the defender because I too work in industrial construction and my M8 is exposed to dust and dirt and a lot of adverse conditions..
I'd really like a lifeproof style option (waterproof , more importantly dustproof, and still stylish).
I'm the guy you want to here from. I work with at&t and am up and down poles and on the occasional rooftop as well. Suffice to say I can beat up my devices too.......plus I'm a case fanatic. I have a UAG, a Defender, and the Incipio Dual being sold by Verizon. Those are my 3 toughest cases as I also have the SUPCase with frosted back and the clear KaysCase.
It sounds like you need the Defender. It offers hands down the best protection of all my cases and is much more streamlined than previous Defender cases. Its just slightly bulkier than the UAG but has the added holster you can keep it in with the screen covered in your tool belt.

VWTECH?

Looking to get a maximum protection case for when I'm out on the trails. I thought I had it narrowed down to the Trident and the Poetic until I came across this one.

Does anyone have any experience with it?
Thanks
If you use airplane mode when using that case or your trail is directly under a cell tower, go for it. If not, then aluminum cases degrade the piss out of signal and rape your battery trying to find or maintain a signal, or even worse attempting to transmit on zero or one bar.

I really wish Seidio would get on the ball, I love their cases but every time a new phone comes out you have to wait a month or so before they have the cases available to purchase. Meanwhile all the other companies have cases ready before the phones are even released.

How is the button feel on the Dilex? I have used the Seidio Surface cases religiously for some time because I don't like the squishy feel on case buttons I have tried.
I just received my Dilex Pro case and holster today and this thing is a fingerprint magnet lol. Feels great like all Seidio cases do and they have the best kickstands and belt holster clips, I've been using them since the Palm Treo days lol. Sidenote, if you have a Spigen Tough Armor it fits perfectly into the belt clip. The buttons feel great @travistyofjustice
