ROM is up! - Get you a piece of KitKat! Don't forget to leave a thanks, I worked hard to bring this to ya =)

Oh my jeez, leaving for work in 25min. Gotta download now so I can play at work Hehe

MMS works but not 3G, no 4G in my area to test. But other than that, it looks and runs smooth. I haven't seen any FC's either.

Everything working good for me here. Haven't been in an area with 3G yet. Try changing the data connection in settings to 3G only.

Does anyone know how the printing thing works? I just see no services installed.

Flashed rom and PA Gapps earlier and restored missing apps+data only via TB. All working quick and smooth (except sound of course) which I can wait patiently for. This is too sweet.
Edit: also, don't have LTE here to check either, but 3g works fine. I'll check MMS in a bit
Edit again: mms working perfect over 3g at least. One thing though, I just noticed... I have no camera? Is this supposed to occur? Was a clean flash and everything.

Is the phone app able to search out side of the contact list like the nexus 5...? (You type pizza and it gives you the number to the closes pizza store)
Is OK Google working ?
Just caught a speeding ticket trying to run home to flash this ROM. ⅔ point on my driver li....

I uploaded a copy of the 11/14 Paranoid Android GAPPS. All those apps included are ART compatible, And with tonight's Nightly build (Not too long to go.) Superuser was fixed with the Android Run Time. So you guys will all be able to try it with su working. idk about audio but a couple fixes are included and i'm testing something out myself. cheers!

This is a self-compiled kang of CM10 with cherry picks from CyanogenMod’s Gerrit Instance, most comparable to a CM nightly build. You need not apply if you’re not comfortable with testing out new and possibly broken features. All credit goes to cyanogen, #teamdouche and the coders who submit to Gerrit. Thank you to @RyanMacG for providing Euroskank hosting.

Latest merges to CM source code: http://review.cyanogenmod.com/#q,sta...:jellybean,n,z

No screenshots necessary I wouldn't think. It's CM10.1 with some additional cherry picks. It looks like cm. It's just got some additional goodies i.e. ir blaster is working.
I used Skank waaaay back on Nexus S 4G and loved it and its been great on this device as well. I haven't ran into any issues, today is day #3. Mms works w/stock app, coming and going, ir blaster works, used it this am on my living room TV when I was leaving for work. Getting really good battery life as well.

Yes it has skip tracks w/volume and I haven't experienced the call bug, which is what I believe you are referring to..? Data has been great for me for 3 days now, all running good on my end.
Jfltespr/CM10.1-Skank 7-29/CM kernel
No, sir. The call bug I've heard, but haven't experienced myself.
The "data bug" is mostly where people would notice their data speed reduced by various but noticeable amounts when flashing a CM build.
Awesome on the volume skip. My favorite CM feature, lol.

I'll be posting new builds as the project moves forward in the 9505 forum. I'm not officially modding or maintaining. Just making what's posted work for CDMA.
This is not a replacement for Google Edition 4.3 ... This is an actual aosp source built project by brood from over in the i9505 sections.

That should be fine. I built my own gapps package from PA Gapps.
I started by building them all in but being this is working towards being 100% aosp it would go against the rules as I understand them.

This rom is freaking awesome. Absolutely everything seems to work - GPS, MMS over both wifi & 3g, both front and rear facing cameras, and it's lightning quick. The only issue is that the phone seems to get really hot. Maybe that'll improve once the rom has a chance to settle. Great job!

Turn off google location service. There is an option under settings>location.I think it has an G icon (same as google search app's)
If it doesn't do the trick for you, just enable GPS and turn off mobile location (GPS doesn't use google services).
Some users have reported using GPS gives better battery life compared to mobile network location.Since the phone only turns GPS on when an app requests it.But google location service just keeps requesting your location no matter what.
Also enable mock locations in dev options. It seems to have reduced amount of wakelocks caused by RILJ etc. for me.Not sure if it would help with your problem but either way + for battery life
At first don't spam a dev thread with a link to your question!
Provide a screenshot of your wakelocks not only your alarms and provide more information about your setup!
EDIT: Did you even bother to search Google or XDA for this wakelock? Because there are so many threads about it.

1- i thought why not ask on the rom I'm running? As it may be specific?
2- can do! kernel or partial? Or? I'm unsure :-S and I'll update the op
3- yea it seemed to be turn off location / uninstall the maps app. Which I don't really wanna do as i can have them on my Nexus 5 without the issue :-S

did u flashed this google dialer which is finding persons by phone number?
I think it's included in the rom or gapps? The one that if you dial a number it finds what the number is relevant to. Like a school or business etc?

See it could be gapps as i had banks gapps but banks replaces the cm camera app with the Google camera and I was getting lag in taking pictures so I swapped to a different gapps package without the camera built in
