Hello guys, i have builded AOKP for you! Really hard work, but aokp is an awesome rom!
What is AOKP?
AOKP stands for Android Open Kang Project. It is a custom ROM distribution for several high-end Android devices. The name is a play on the word kang and AOSP (Android Open Source Project). The name was sort of a joke, but it just stuck, just like our infatuation with unicorns.
We fork the source code of Android that Google puts out in the open with every major version release, and we then add the magical unicorn bytes (read: we add some of the coolest features that are both useful and make your ROM awesome).
With AOKP, you can generally do a lot more with your device than what you could do with the original firmware that came installed on it.
Guide to install:
1. Unlock bootloader
2. Flash a custom recovery
3. Advanced wipe : dalvik cache, system, data and cache
4. Flash ROM
5. Flash GAPPS
6. Flash SUPERSU
6. Enjoy the new rom!
Bugs:
-Home button doesn't wake up the device (i'm fixing it)
-Long press home button for recents apps doesn't work (fixed on build2)
-Probably sim lock doesn't work, i have not tested it
-Tell me if you found other bugs

Yeah. I still remember back when I just rooted my S3 , AOKP was my second ROM and I used it for a few months before moving on due to lack of updates

Dont know about other issues but Notification led is working fine without using universal patch !!:good:

I did a clean flash with the given gapps but then LRD is not working

@satthak sharma flash the universal fix.zip from YU forums and it will be fixed.. this bug is in device manifest which will be fixed soon by Cyanogenmod..

Built this last month, didn't upload at that time because of camera and network bug present.
Thought il fix but I didnt work on it.. network issue is due to builtin kernel

I try to flash this rom with cwm and twrp but get error in recovery when flash it. Btw im using p3110. Can someone help me ? Or this rom not compatible with my device..

Yes, It is for P3100 model only as it is showed in downloaded link. But it is not mentioned anywhere in this thread.

Yes i know.. But in another rom i can flash p3100 rom to my p3110 (e.g SungsonicnHD) I think the problem in the updater script ??? (Maybe)

For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk XX.x (whatever is most recent).

Looks like @coderzs abandoned the project back in March. Seems though, since then, someone has been compiling the rom officially on a monthly basis still but, who knows how long that'll continue.

will it become official and will it continue to be maintained? I like this ROM, like my post footer below.

After using it for 2 or 3 days ago, there are still a lot of bugs turned out.
internet traffic monitor doesn't work., theme is unstable, heads up doesn't work and there are a few more that make me uncomfortable.
IMHO, this ROM is not as stable as January 30, 2019 build.
