Anyone have a problem with that widget?
I have 2 issues:
1. The 4*4 widget doesn't open, just keep saying loading data
2. Whenever I click on the album art it crashes, also when I click open music player
Tried clearing cache but same problems

I'm having problems with all the pure 4x4 or 5x5 Widgets on all the Pure programs(Music, Calendar, and News).
They do work for me with ADW but I don't normally use that launcher.

No new media apps, just the regular Xperia S ICS media apps
Then again, they're mostly just icon changes anyway.
The small apps are here but how would we be able to access them?
Some changes I found
The torch (flashlight) app is nice and has a widget. Would've liked it to be a part of the OnOffTools but oh well.
The Home app pages have a darker background. Useful if your background is purely white or bright.
Weather widget can now use your location and change weather depending on your location.
New clock widget: Binary clock
The Email app now has a widget
Xperia Link app for linking your tablet and Xperia device together via Bluetooth
Slightly different cosmic flow wallpapers (Not like the GX but the colours illuminate more... Kinda hard to explain but you'll see the difference yourself)
Contacts app now has an option to link all possible contacts at once
Currently not using Timescape but I don't believe there will me too much different with it.

I guess we need to port the framework to our phones, and maybe the SystemUI.

I'm sure it can be done fairly easily on the 2012 phones. The 2011 phones is probably a different story... lol

Can't we simply mod it, I mean we can add those three on screen buttons to our phone, so can't we remove it from the xperia T??

I notice Xperia Z uses its own font but it looks like the phone is still using Roboto in several other apps (e.g. Chrome, Facebook, etc.)
Is there a way to make the font used in the device consistent across all apps?
With root you can replace Sony's font with Roboto I suppose, but I think it doesn't look as good.
Sony's own apps or apps that use the DeviceDefault theme instead of Holo will use Sony's font, Holo apps will use Roboto.

Hello devs!
In Sony Xperia Z, to change lockscreen wallpaper you should go to settings>personalization>lockscreen and then choose xperia wallpapers or picture from album app. You can't go to album app and choose image for lockscreen wallpaper. The problem is I'm using QuickPic app and I want to delete stock album app. But because of this, I can't.
Is there any mod to make choosing lockscreen wallpaper similar to homescreen wallpaper?
Can someone make this mod?

yeah would llove to see this.. some way to set lockscreen wallpaper from the app itself. its a pain really.

Hi guys,
as the update a week or so of the Walkman App camo out i rea in the update center that it can now be added a widget to the lockscreen(not only when you play music). So updated to 8.4.A.3.1 but I am still not able to find the widget for the lockscreen. Anyone alse having this problem?

The widget only appears when a music player is playing music. I am not able to add the widget directly (just tested it)

Thanks for the reply. My mistake that I misunderstood something. It was "Walkman widget to work on Android default home screen" not Lockscreen. Seems to be a feature that you could use the new widget for other launchers too.
Is there still a way to get widget of the walkman app to the lockscreen? Cause when I stop the music it disappears and on a microphone(not a headset) it is very annoying to reopen the app.
