I think that's more about Qualcomm than HTC.

check the online reviews
from what i know of motorola's with android they have had a few bugs to do with the wifi
They all say its a good phone but its firmware is a bit crap... but I can sort that lol bit of rooting and a nice new custom rom can solve it. What would you do?
Sent from my GT-I8190N using xda app-developers app
Idk about rooting stuff. I had Motorola phone before this one and it was pain in the ass to root. Sometimes rooting isn't even possible thanks to locked bootloader.
Also its CPU is x86 based so idk how much apps are supported.

so did a comparison of your choice
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone1=5033&idPhone2=3621
S3 mini has a higher pixel density
others than that S2 does look to have better specs
S2 also heats up pretty quickly
I had it for 2 weeks .not recommended. Miles away from samsung.

(Request) overclocking s3 mini

Does any body know how to overclock our s3 mini
Sent from my GT-I8190N using xda app-developers app
You need an overclock kernel. But there is no one yet I think.

From what I know it isn't safe to even attempt to overclock ST-Ericsson chipsets.

What if you overclock without raising voltage? Then it should be harmless (?)

this should really be in the Q&A section of forums
This phone has U8500 processor. If board is U8500 then CPU is also U8500
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app
No, this phone has a processor U8420 NovaThor but on the ST-Ericsson does not have it. On the Internet, there are rumors that there is a newer version of U8500.
Even if you were to oc to 1200MHz it's still a lot OC itself really depends on the particular piece.
Any results plss

Wanna proof that CPU is U8500?
Cause i have one
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda app-developers app
OK give it to us ....it is strange ...because in every tech data is mentioning u8420 only on ST E. site it don't exist.
If it is U8500 then OC kernel won't be a problem I think.
Is there any way we can check what processor we have in our phones?

Regarding OP's request
Hey OP!
A OC kernel called CroPol (up to 1.2GHz) has been done and you can find it here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3-mini/development/custom-kernel-golden-t2890275
Enjoy!

???

Just a curious question. How come galaxy ace is in the legacy and low activity part? I mean shouldnt this device be not in this section? I am not complaining, just curious...

There are many hi-end devices available now...
SGA has an ARMv6 processor with 800 MHz processor, it does not have official support beyond GB.
Comparing it with today's devices, this device is waaaay too old...

Ubuntu Touch on the SPH-L710

I really didn't wanna ask, but i have searched high and low and cannot find the answer. Will there be a version of Ubuntu Touch on the Sprint Galaxy S3 (d2spr) eventually or are the requirements not met as the galaxy has a ARMv7 processor and not a cortex. Thanks for an answer.
