Q 1: After flashing Xperia Ultimate HD my battery life is not good. What can I do?
A: Please charge your battery to 100%, boot your device in ClockworkMod Recovery and go to Advanced ---> Wipe Battery Stats.
If this didn't help, please read this ---> [How to] Brilliant Battery Life 100% working!
Still Problems? Try to deactivate Auto-Sync, 3G Data when you don't use it, and the last thing you can do is, a kernel change // a new battery.

Q 3: I'm using 2.0 on my phone, how to update to the next version?
A: Download the latest version of xperia ultimate HD and then please boot to clockworkmod recovery and go to advanced > wipe dalvik cache and than wipe cache partition. Now select install zip > choose zip from sdcard > Xperia Ultimate HD xxx.zip. Choose "Upgrade" in AROMA, and wait for the Installation to be finished. Now untick "reboot", go to advanced > fix permissions and reboot to system. The Bootup shold take 1 Minute, +/- related to the apps you have installed.

Q 4: My WiFi doesn't work. What can I do?
A: Flash WiFi Modules for your Kernel. If you are on stock kernel, reflash stock WiFi Modules. If you use Lupus, reflash the kernel and make sure you have a few mb left on the /system partition. If that, doesn't work, reflash the ROM and Check MD5 Sums.

A: Well, first you should think about what to do if you got problems BEFORE messing up your device. Understood? Good.
If you followed the Instructions correctly you should be able to install it without any problems. If you did NOT, you may get a bootloop/problems, related to the mistake you did.
For restoring your device from bootloop, please restore your CWM Backup, reflash the ROM, OR Reflash Software using Flashtool/Sony Update Service.

A: You need a Custom Kernel to Overclock, and for that you need to unlock your bootloader. Here: http://unlockbootloader.sonymobile.com/ you get inctructions. Than you can choose any ICS Kernel with OC Support (OC = Overclock). Use No-Frills CPU Control.

For Unlocked Bootloaders: Flash any Kernel for stock ICS.
For Locked Bootloaders: Root your phone using this tutorial, than install CWM using this app
Place ROM on SD-Card
Back up user apps and data. (Various apps available, search Google Play. This is a popular one)
Power off phone.
Boot to CWM (Keep pressing the Volume Down key after the Sony logo appears)
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Mounts and Storage --> Format /System /Data
Advanced > Wipe Battery Stats
Install zip from SD card > Choose Xperia Ultimate HD
Follow on screen instructions on AROMA.
After Complete Installation untick "reboot" and select reboot in CWM
Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy your brand new phone!

1.) simplicity rom is the simple but the advanced rom for our ace [gt-s5830i/c/m]
2.) this rom is based on 2.3.6 stock rom [remember it is not ics/jelly bean] [ it is modded to a great extend ]
3.) it has some themes which can be flashed via recovery .......[goto theme section @ 2/3 post ]
4.) it is created by me using free apps [ as we all know warez r not allowed - fourm rulez ] [please follow them too]
5.) all the apps used in development of rom r free and r opened sourced...
6.) i m not copyrighting my rom ....... u can use any part of my rom but first take my permissions & then if u get permissions then the only thing left is credits.......
7) do not mirror my roms & themes....[otherwise u know what i can do ]
8.) i ve added credits to the people without them this rom was not possible........[refer the credit section ]
9.) please if u found any warez in my rom - first post here or PM me then if i m not replying to ur PM's then only take the things to MOD'S.....

How to install ROM: --------
very important ---- if u stuck at boot logo then first flash stock rom using odin..............then flash this rom
1) Download the rom . Place it on the sd card.
2) Boot in Recovery. (HOME+VOLUME UP+POWER).
3) Wipe data/reset, Wipe cache partition.
4) Then go to advanced & wipe Dalvik cache , wipe battery stats...
5) mount system/data in mount & storage menu of cwm [click here for refrence]
6) Then choose zip from sdcard & Flash.
7) reboot & u r done.

How to install custom kernel: --------
1. first follow the above procedure to install rom carefully....

Windows xp......It works with all stock roms.....when I connected the device after installing ur Rom ....it says it doesn't detect and notifies to recconect device again all the time .
Bugs for me:-
1)Headfones not working .( installed rafaels kernel.....Now it works) :thumbup:
2) Kies incompatibility
3) phone shuts down automatically sometimes.(Solved. Not the Rom issue.)
Will test further for more bugs.

Nice rom.But why is the font colour blue everywhere..A bit hard on the eyes.Can you provide a patch to.change them to white..eg notifications..and the toast notifier ie those pop up notifications are also underlined in blue..Can that be corrected? Thanks for the wonderful effort.

Ok....been using it for 5-6 hours now.....quite stable. Just the kies issue i guess...gps,bluetooth, etc works fine :thumbup:

i ported swipe to remove but statusbar goes force closes after 1-3 hrs.......

please read the whole thread.......
i ve written that i used only one mod in this rom i.e. domscript nothing else.......
bcoz every person has his own taste so some people will like cronmod & some not......
u can install at ur own...

Ex-trim = Extreme + Trimmed.

How to install ROM: --------
Very Important ---->If u stuck at boot logo then first flash stock rom using odin..............then
flash this rom
1) Download the rom . Place it on the sd card.
2) Boot in Recovery. (HOME+VOLUME UP+POWER).
3) Wipe data/reset, Wipe cache partition.
4) Then go to advanced & wipe Dalvik cache , wipe battery stats...
5) Mount system/data in mount & storage menu of cwm [click here for refrence]
6) Then choose zip from sdcard & Flash.
7) Reboot & u r done.

Installation Guide -
1.Download the rom given below to the root of your SD card.
2.Boot to CWM and under mounts and storage,format system,data and cache.
3.Go back and Wipe data and cache
4.Again go to mounts and storage and mount all the partitions
5.Flash the rom and in mounts and storage mount system if it is unmounted.
6.Reboot!
7.After the system is on again goto cwm and flash the fix1.zip file to make all the things work properly
.8.And if u face any supersu problems like no su binary,not granting root permissions . just download and flash the chainfire's supersu zip file from below ..
