[Q] Problem with boot.img installing 3 musketeers sense 4 final v2

Hi, when i installing the rom 3 musketeers sense 4 final v2 2.4.... i have a problem with boot.img
ERROR:
Updating boot image...
assert failed: package_extract_file("boot.img",
"/tmp/boot.img")
all its OK but boot.img failed and i FLASH other boot.img and nothing, i think that is the .ZIP but it´s OK
I have HBOOT 1.28.0006 and root and i installed the official RUU
I don´t have s-off

Yes ofcourse, i first install the RUU and next unlock the bootloader and make root, but when i installing this rom the boot.img failed, i don´t know that make... please help me

Extract it from zip and flash via fastboot.

Or you can restore using NAND backup and if you are rooted you can S-OFF and flash again

i flash the boot.img from zip with fastboot and nothing, i have this error, thin night make s-off and flash this boot.img again

If you make S-OFF there is no need the flash the boot.img from recovery, you just need to flash the zip again.

[Q] helpppp error E: can not mount / sdcard /

I have a problem to install a ROM or turn on my htc one, when I'm in the recoveryMod I go to install from sdcard but I'm Still an error that says "E: can not mount / sdcard /" the problem is start when I try to install the ROm (Android Revolution HD 7.2) I was on the ROM (Maximus7_5.0.0)
it is possible to fix this problem?
it is possible to return to the original ROM?
I'm really deseprer two days I'm looking for a soulition but I find nothing

1. Flash the recovery again and try again
2. You can use abd sideload
For abd sideload you need latest abd drivers.
And search for abd sideload and how to use as iam not an one user and dnt know much about sideload but it will help you install Rom directly from pc

well in that case the best option is to flash a RUU easy
run this command and paste your output

how can I do?

Reboot into bootloader/fastboot with phone connected to pc
It must say fastboot usb
and in abd command
Type the given code your done
Just select that and copy paste here

yes i try it 2-3 times always the same error

i checked but there is no RUU for that version yet, you have to flash a Nandroid backup to turn back to stock...

i`m on insertcoin 5.0.2 with s off and super cid..when i tried to flash firmware 3.57 it always says installation aborted..Does any1 know why is that?

how are you flashing it. you know you need to be in fastboot RUU mode to flash firmware right?

Sure, firmware flashing is done in fastboot RUU mode:
go to bootloader/FASTBOOT USB, then type
"fastboot oem rebootRUU"
"fastboot flash zip <name of firmware>.zip"
then immediately after, do it again "fastboot flash zip <name of firmware>.zip" (the first time it just pushes the file, the second one does the actually installation)
"fastboot reboot-bootloader"
and "fastboot getvar all" to confirm the firmware was successfully updated.

Need help to install custom recovery

Hi everybody. My htc one has the bootloader unlocked but I do the update so my hboot is now in 1.55 version. I want to install cwm recovery
Did he existe a All in one toolkit to made this? Or what is the simple way to do it

- Download the recovery
- Put it into your adb/fastboot folder
- Rename the recovery into: recovery.img
- Boot in fastboot
- Use the command from a prompt/terminal:

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
- Do an erase cache:

- Done

Always when I type the command, cmd always tell me waiting for your device. I'm in fastboot and HTC Driver are insalled
My phone is S-On and my hboot is 1.55

In device manager check if it are installed and you don't have any issue.
And which OS do you have on your pc?

No u hve to flash it from fastboot and if u flash ruu...u will loss twrp and ruu also flash the offical recovery automatically

You dont get it. I know that the RUU flash the stock recovery , I just ask I can flash RUU while having TWRP installed.

yeah sure you can.
you just need to be S-Off if RUU is a downgrade, and you may need to downgrade separately first.
