You mean pattern unlock? No.
Not pattern unlock but when I try to unvlock my phone et reboot son is there something I can do to solve please tell me maybe I clan try

We have an experimental version. But it won't go far as we don't have the necessary files to make it fully working. Look for Ubuntu touch thread on n7000 forums.

You cannot install custom rom on pc, but you can use android emulater called Bluestacks to use any android app or play android games on pc.
