This is a carrier-specific ROM, specific to NTT docomo so unless you're using the SO-02 Xperia Z this ROM will only give you useless bloatware.
Hi. I upgraded from 4.1.2 straight up till 10.3.1.b.1.1 and lost root. :/ If I want to downgrade to .256 and root, would I have to wipe my phone? Thanks in advance

geohot recently released towelroot is supposed to root any device with kernels built before June 3 so if you're feeling adventurous you can try it out and see if it works, 10.3.1.B.1.1's kernel was built on Mar 10 so it should work.
As for your question, I've not downgraded before but it shouldn't wipe your phone if you don't select any of the wipe options in Flashtool.

I dont now with this one, earlier versions was but some people had issue's with mobile network.
I guess there is no harm to try and if it dont work ok just go back to correct version.

I'm sure you can but this is stock ROM for NTT docomo SO-02E which is filled with docomo bloatware.

Hello. Did you include .ta files ?
Yes i did not remove a thing, i think there a only one in this image (cust-reset.ta)
But this should not be a issue if you use newer Flashtool.
You can exclude it if you feel worried .
