[i9300] Wake Up Lag on Nightly 02012014 - General Omni Discussion

Hello,
Since the nightly 02012014, my phone is very slow to wake up when a receive a call, and after a long standby...

I had the same problem on my note 2 (low performance and a lot of lag) so i rebooted my phone entered recovery mod, and selected wipe data/factory reset and wipe dalvik. Then you can install the rom by OpenDelta and your phone would return smooth as before
PS: that's the only way that worked for me.

How to install a custom rom...sorry

Depends on the ROM type, if its designed for Clockwork or if its an actual NVFlash pack.
CW roms tend to be a round 100-200mb, and an NVFlash is around 2GB+

i realise that other people are having this problem e.g "dual boot is not working for me anymore, always bootloop. i don't have any idea about what happened" but other people/users were able to get this working so i thought id ask
They have to both be 4.2.1 ROMs I'm pretty sure

When I press the home button I gotta wait 1 or 2 seconds for it to show the home screen, when going to app drawer the same happen and when getting out of some apps.
Anyone with this "issue"?
Anyone know how to solve?

It's the first official jb rom for our note which is in it's earlier stage so just hold on for a few days more updates will come and the rom will be simply fluid and stable as rock

Not yet,
I was thinking about cleaning for a new rom (a Philz Kernel feature), and re-flash via ODIN to see what happens.

I did that, but its the same thing. Its the first "almost finished" build for our note. if you want a complete and smooth Rom, flash ZSLM5. But its in english and its not my primary language... Remember to flash the Jelly Bean Bootloader (Eybee1970) to fix the boot loop when you pull the battery....
Good luck!

Ok, long lurker, first post. All of my problems have been found by reading/searching. Here goes..

Well I just downloaded and installed the deodexed 3.xxx updated Rom. All is working. Thanks to those who responded. I did not wipe cache, dalvik cache when I tried installing just the update. Maybe that was my problem? I didn't think I had to wipe anything when installing an update. Anyway, its sorted...thanks.
You can only use 3.xxx roms, if you try earlier roms you will have to downgrade like above
