Verizon wallet or folio case? - G2 Accessories

Anyone know if a LG G2 wallet or folio case that is made for the Verizon version? It seems like they are all excluding Verizon on eBay and I found a couple, but they are huge and ugly universal ones.

Two I have seen are: Poetic Cases and Pure Gear Folio.
I had the Poetic Case, but lost my phone. I purchased the Pure Gear one and will add some photos when I receive it.

So my Pure Gear Folio arrived (FOR VERIZON)! However, it is not constructed well at all and I am in the process of returning it. My two major complaints are 1) the case does not activate the screen like other "flip" or folio cases do and 2) it makes the phone huge.
The hinge is quite pliable and has considerable slop so it would probably rub constantly on the screen in your pocket. I have reordered the Poetic Flipbook I have had previously.

Im currently using the belkin folio, sold at the verizon store. When i went in they had plenty in stock.
It holds 2 cards comfortably but 3 without too much problem.
They have it on the verizon website, just google "Belkin Wallet Folio with Stand for LG G2" as i can not post links because of a new account.
Had the puregear case and same complaints, didnt like the suction cup on the poetic. Very happy with this one.

Anyone try or have seen this one?

The guy doesn't have many pictures, but found a better shot on Amazon. Same seller.

I guess my only concern is thickness... and the fact that I'd have to take out to charge wirelessely.

I've thought about a wallet case but I just don't know with the amount I use my phone I'm not sure I would want my wallet out all the time also.

I bought a case for $ 6 @ P Mall covers the back and sides good enough for me.

i think theres another recent thread on this. I hate cases, but love my Samsung TPU case. Super thin, rubber sides, plastic back that looks like factory back. Most people have no idea I have a case on it. Paid $15 for it
Do u thinks they have tpu cases for this phone in the kiosks in the mall. Need something to hold me over until I can get mine from eBay. All they sell at the carrier stores are flip covers for 50 bucks.

Bought a $3 TPU case off ebay. Thin and protective and looks great.

I was thinking about one I saw on ebay with a transformers logo on it. Thought I might go super geek and a bit flashy this time. Atleast until the outter box defender comes out.

I bought the JKase Premium Quality Samsung Galaxy Note II 2 GT-N7100 Streamline TPU Case Cover - Retail Packaging - Clear from Amazon. It was cheap and I was able to get fast 2 day shipping with Prime. (can't post a link yet since I am new)
This case and my Note 2 will be arriving tomorrow. I hope the case will be enough to hold me over until a better deal comes about on a name brand case. I'll be pairing this with a Spigen screen protector.
Im using the white and grey case mate case from at&t. The reason, I billed it to my company.

Is that the case you ordered as well? Seems they took the option for Amazon Prime away on it.
Got the black Body Glove case from Sprint and love it for it's thin form factor, non-slippery feel, and design.

Same here. I also have the Proclips mount in my car, meaning I have to take the case off to use it. The Body Glove case comes off and goes back on very easily.
Also bought the body glove one from sprint. Was worried about cases and adding bulk but this seems to be minimal and my phone doesn't feel like it's going to slip out of my hand every time I hold it.

I went to several Sprint locations, and none of them had the body glove case. I was also hoping to get something with a belt clip.
The only case I found locally in stock for my Note 2 was at the AT&T store and it was a white/grey CaseMate with a built in kickstand I think it cost $38 and did not come with a screen protector. Wish Otterbox made a Commuter style with built in kickstand for the Note 2.
Case
I bought the Ringke SLIM Soft Feeling Premium Hard Case. It's slim. adds very little bulk while protecting at the same time and got it off of amazon for 10.99 on sale from 25.00. I added the Spigen SGP Ultra Oloephobic screen protector and it's totally protected. I love them both.......
Have this:
http://www.amazon.com/Cruzerlite-An...6902&sr=1-2&keywords=cruzerlite+galaxy+note+2
Goes really well with the Titanium Gray Note 2.
$5 Ionic Position folio-style case off of Amazon. Offers good protection, looks good, and doesn't have a magnetic closure (huge!).
I just purchased a Seidio Active-like case off of Amazon to use until the Seidio Active combo either comes down in price or shows up at Best Buy for 2/3rds of what it costs now.
I also just returned an Amzer Shellster because it was a piece of crap that broke three days in. Spending $6 to return an item that I'll get $14 back for, after spending $5 initially to have it shipped. Really thrilled about Amzer's customer service policies.

Same here. Paired it with the Spigen UC screen protector which was a PITA to install on such a large screen!

can you use any case on the G2?

with the buttons on the back, is it even possible to protect the phone with Otterbox or something?

I see no problem with making a hole for the buttons. LG already made the QuickWindow case that will be available at start.
There will be a few choices for cases I'm assuming when this phone finally launches. If I end up getting the G2 I'll probably go with Spigen. I mentioned this case in the other accessory thread.
What about Verizon model vs the rest? Keys are much smaller (I'm gonna say shrinking the buttons was equally as lame as the front Verizon logo, hopefully cases will cover that up)
I haven't been able to find anything yet for this other than the Verizon store who said they could order one (Quick view window case) for $50+.

The VZW G2 is thicker than the others and does not work with all the other cases. You need a specific VZW G2 case. I purchased the Poetic case and it does not fit my VZW G2.

I wonder if non-hardshell cases will work... like TPU cases, which are my preference.
So many on eBay from China.
Why do I always get stuck with a phone that never gets any worthwhile accessories? First, the HTC Incredible which was launched and then immediately forgotten about. Then the Galaxy Nexus which suffered the same fate. Now the LG G2 on Verizon with its different dimensions. Makes me want to switch to AT&T before my 14-days is up.

Verizon Holster Shell Combo - Just received

I just received my Verizon holster/shell combo, here are a few first impressions.
http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/...d=15307&accessoryId=66806&initialPhoneId=7091
(no pics yet, as I don't have another camera at the moment...later)
PROS
- Fits well, snug. Cut outs are good.
- Tough, case and holster are not going to break easy
- kickstand, you can prop up side ways or upright
- works fine with wireless charging
- I like having a holster for when Im out and at the gym. Makes it convenient to have 1 case that serves dual purpose
- Not falling out of the holster, TIGHT fit
CONS
- Heavy, adds a bit of weight to the device - not a deal breaker though
- Protects back and sides, bottom and top are left "open"
- bit slippery
- little hard to get out of the holster, snug. A little much I think
The case is $29.99 from VZW. I would recommend it to anyone wanting this style of case. Not for everyone as it adds some bulk overall.
I just got mine today and am very happy with it. I now have all the cases offered by verizon. I do like the incipio feather the best but would like it in black instead of grey. I use the holster with the incipio as well as the window case.

Three local corp. stores only had silicone case. I'm going to order the Incipio.

Good Verizon Wallet?

I've browsed around and seen a few of the posts, but all I can really find that works as a wallet for the Verizon G2 is the one at the Verizon store. It's not quite what I need, though. I'm looking for a wallet case, flip or not, that holds 3-4 cards and has a slot for some cash. Has anyone found anything else that works for the Verizon model that they'd recommend?
I ended up with the Belkin Wallet Folio myself, think that's the one you're talking about from the Verizon store. My impressions of it are here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=50611907
I can fit two credit cards and my ID in it, and it works well with my tempered glass screen protector from iloom.
I have the PureGear wallet folio as well, but I don't like the floppy hinge type cover. Much prefer the Belkin design of having a plastic clasp.
For what it's worth, it took a good couple weeks for the Belkin to stretch enough to get 3 cards in and out easily. I don't really ever carry cash, and I've not noticed ANY wallet style folio cases for the Verizon G2 that have a decent cash slot. The PureGear has a cash slot, but with the floppy hinge design I'm not convinced it wouldn't easily fall out.
I finally had to learn that to carry your phone in a wallet style case, you have to trade off the conveniences of a true wallet. It's been worth it for me though.
Anyway, my two cents. Hope it helps some.

Case with Kickstand?

As that title states, are there any good ones out there currently? I enjoy this type of stand so I can easily tilt the phone on a flat surface to watch videos and whatnot.
I bought some Seidio stuff back when I bought my first EVO and otterbox had not yet developed an otterbox case for it. I've found all of their stuff to be A1 quality.

I've been using seidio cases ever since the treo pro and loved them but with the Note 5 the magnet that holds the kickstand in place seems to interfere when using the Spen. I thought it was just me until I saw someone else post about it.

I picked this one up at a Sprint store, it doesn't have any magnets or anything keeping the kickstand in place it just snaps down. And it's the same price in the store. Case-Mate Tough Case with Stand Galaxy Note5 Black/Titanium https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0147M1XAM/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_kmj5vbW7PQVNC

I got the Spigen Slim Armor but haven't tried it on since I don't yet have my phone. The kickstand is a little flimsy but should be a little more stable once the phone is actually in the case. It's reasonably priced as well.

How much thickness does this add to the phone? I'm searching for a thin case with a kickstand. I just ordered one off Amazon but it has the magnet in the case so I'm probably going to return it because of the magnet causing issues with the phone.

I prefer cases with a kickstand that can be used vertically and horizontally. It makes it easy to watch video as well as making the phone easier to handle with one hand.
