Giving is a go
Downloading now, Ill offer some feedback here in a few..

So far this ROM is excellent. Only used it for 10 minutes but everything is working well. I've noticed one bug that may be a CM related bug but Plex an official Chromecast App does not see my Chromecast on my network. Other than that this will be my daily for now. Absolutely worth the download. Knock off does not work but you can screen off on quick panel so it's just about even easier
Slide thumb up and shuts screen off quicker than double tap. Good job.

Glad that you are liking the rom :good:
Knock Off needs to be enabled. Its OFF by default.
Enable it from Settings->Interface->Knock On/Off gestures.
KnockOff only works by double tapping statusbar only

One thing I have noticed is that Halo when I tap on a notification to view it goes to a smaller screen and when I try to navigate back to my main home screen by pushing the home button all my home screens are gone. Then I reboot and everything is good. Happened 3b times now.

No xposed modules. Regardless it's a minor thing really. The ROM has very little bugs and functions better than all the JB Roms out for the Verizon G2. The PA 4.3 ROM is OK. The other AOSP Roms have minor bugs that caused me to switch over to this ROM. I've tried every one on xda for the Verizon G2. So far this one is has had the best battery life and is the quickest.. really stable to.

[Q] How do you trigger ParanoidAndroid 3+ Dynamic Tiles

GNote N7000
ParanoidAndroid 3+ FEB10
I've enabled the pie control (hold Power then enable Expanded Desktop is the bit that took a little finding).
I've sussed that sliding my finger outside each half of the split semi circle gives me Notifications or Static Tiles.
In the Hybrid settings I've enabled all the Dynamic Tiles (Alarm Clock, Bug Report, IME Changer, Wi-Fi) but I have no idea how to trigger them from the UI...
I found a PA Setup Guide but it focuses on the per app dpi/colour stuff and doesn't have the pie/tile stuff... I think it's a bit new!
Also search forums for Custom Tiles and Dynamic Tiles but there's not much about.
Anyone know the location of any docs I can use to get up to speed?
Cheers!

Hi,
In the pie menu swipe to the upper left corner (assuming youve got pie on the bottom). Youll see the left upper bow`d white line lightn up.
On release youll find the toggle tiles.

The one's there are defined under "Static Tiles" - what then are "Dynamic Tiles" am I misunderstanding the terminology?
Dynamic tiles will only be visible if they are triggered by system activity.. Ex. You use the alarm clock tile.. It will show up only when alarm is set..

LOVING this rom. No issues thus far. Haven't tried Bluetooth yet, but no fc's. If the battery life compares to AOKP, this is my new daily driver. Love the wealth of customizing options. Well done!

But I want to get back on this rom. Do you guys or the Rabbit have any SD swap ideas for this rom? Is it possible on a 422 rom?
Pleasantly surprised with this ROM as I am not normally a big fan of combo ROMs. I would like to see an integrated SD swap like that is skrilax's version of CM 10.2, but otherwise I like it.

uXylon was like this. You need to enable the menu button in phone settings. I can't remember exactly where it's at, but you should be able to find it after digging around a little.

Ah, new thread!
@lichti1901, thanks for sharing the great work in a new thread. Its been 2 days since i'm using it; This os the best rom I have come accross so far. It feels fast, smooth, stable except few things, 1) App sidebar desnt work after reboot error msg "App isn't installed", it takes several minutes of usage aftr that it start to work automatically. "Great feature, would love to see it working perfectly  " 2) Home sample launcher is waste. 3) No messaging app. 4) Cropped boot animation (still manageable).
Will share more as soon as I come across.
Cheers!

In today's build App sidebar is working fine. .You are right about me messaging app, I use my own app, though.
++ found out google play services, play store and services framework in list of battery usage apps. Never had these apps consuming my battery in any other rom; something does it has to do with the "wakelock blocker"?? Are these need to be blocked?
Much appreciated.

u can just read the changelog in OP.
12.28 build didn't boot up in here. Bootanimation (cropped) goes on forever after the "No OS installed" message given by TWRP. Gapps for 320 dpi couldn't be flashed at all.

Boot up your phone and copy the rom to your internal sdcard in case you didn't in step one to your external.
Download the lastest TWRP Recovery version on the TWRP Download Page
Flash it with fastboot with following command: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (replace recovery.img with the actual filename it got downloaded with)
To boot into recovery use 'adb reboot recovery' or press and hold power + volume down and wait till it booted to the bootloader. From there you can navigate with the volume buttons and confirm with the power button to boot to the recovery
If you are coming from stock: Make a backup of your stock rom in TWRP recovery. Include System Image and Boot. Now you have a full stock backup, except recovery, in case you want to return back to stock one day.
Ensure you allow system modifications in TWRP when asked.
In TWRP click Install and pick the rom either from internal or external sdcard to install it.
The installer will start and will guide you through the installation

This won't work on Butterfly S, I don't know why the OP has stated that it's for Butterfly S.
This is Steve-luo from S.Team.
On behalf of our lead developer @sun_dream, I am here to question your permission to use sun_dream's work.
The following paragraphs are from sun_dream:
You only get the permission from Team Venom to release this ROM, but without my consent. As all of us are aware that since the release of Viper 6 for M8 and Viper 5 for M9, Team Venom has been using my drivers for a long time. Then you went on and accuse me kanging Viper ROM, with yourself still using my work without any permission grated. Do you know what 'kang' means?
If you do not respond, I'll withdraw my permission to Team Venom to use my M8/M9 port of Sense 8.
PS: You should close your S.Rom eye thread as well, I'm sure you know the reason for it.

Never once did I credit it as my own work in any way shape or form... Just had permission from team venom to post their links and photos in the forums that pointed to their m8 rom their site at which their rom supports many msm8974 devices. So cheers.

ViperOneM8_6.1.0.zip , does this ROM work on Japanese version of HTC Butterfly 2 (HTL23)? if it does, any major bugs (beside NFC not working, off course)? Thanks so much!
