[Request] Verizon stock keyboard fron latest OTA - Verizon LG G2

The latest over the air update for the LG G 2 seems to have brought about a new keyboard with little cursors next to back/menu (or menu/back depending on your front button layout).
I want to see if i can modify these to work on other phones instead of its Verizon.

TIP : Touch the bottom of the screen under htc text or bottom right corner (about 1 sq cm from corner of screen). this will activate the flashlight.
app works perfect thanks OP WHOAREYOU
it doesn't recognize the touchscreen on the mytouch slide. menu options work and it does control the led light. wish i could just turn it on though.
led light by picolyl is a good alternative for this.
see above edit
I was using droid light, but this is so much better! I just wish these was a way on have it stay on when you sleep the screen.
SySfS
I use incredilight might nt be the best looking but it does the job.
Note:root is needed for it

HTC IME Problems

Anyone who got the cursor moving by taping om the sides of the phone?
Mine works a few times, then it stops until I change keyboard and then change back to HTC ime. The taping works fine with stock lg keyboard and SwiftKey.

use the volume keys to move the cursor, much easier
I'm aware of that feature, but it's not what I'm asking for.

Lagginess on 4.2.1 btu fault or normal ?

Love my new galaxy camera however the camera ive got seems very laggy when in camera mode .
The camera I tried in the store was the same firmware and very smooth but my camera when panning before I take a pic seems to stick and then release itself again and that's before I take the pic ... also ive noticed the screen lighting goes dark and light when doing the same
If I take a picture then review it the camera sticks also for a couple of seconds before eventually bringing the menu up .
Is this lightly to be a fault or just the way the camera is ?
Im on btu uk version 4.2.1
It does same on memory card and also using the camera memory
Thanks
Chris
Pls need to decide whether to return or keep
48 views someone must be able to tell me if their camera is smooth or laggy when taking pics or reviewing pics

I noticed the lag too with the 4.1.2, there wasn't really any need to update other than the desire to be running the latest and greatest. It's the same with my Note II! the last update I installed seemed to bring more cons without the pros,. I'm planning on down grading both this weekend.

Got a new one from John lewis hopefully 4.1.1 if that's the case
Hopefully sammy will push another update out to get rid of the lag
I use remote view finder which I believe only works with 4.1.2
Thanks

Gave the xt925 version a quick go on the atrix hd and everything looked great. The only thing I noticed was the baseband version was different (I'm guessing something with the modem) and so lost LTE on T-Mobile. Went into 4636 settings to make sure LTE/gsm was selected but it only liked edge. Tried reflashing the stock radio and it will didn't change the baseband. Flashed my backup rom and it had the right baseband version and LTE was back. Any idea as to what I need to do to get back LTE?

Great! Thank you! Also I just remembered that I wasn't able to change the I/O scheduler... It was stuck on deadline. Changing the governor worked fine. Which kernel did you pack with the rom?

I believe that is an issue with the latest Play Store update. Although it hasn't happened on my RAZR, it does happen on my N7.
Since im posting... How does one turn off the charging LED? I went through setting multiple times but haven't come across it yet.

No way to turn off charge light right now but somber73 is working on it.

How did you manage to build this? I checked the site and it only said how to build for supported devices (I don't believe RAZR HD is supported).
And if you built from sources, it's not a port.

Does LG G Flex need a firmware update?

No one is start asking about KitKat update yet, which will bring many improvements to Lg G Flex. According to web sources these include faster performance and reduced memory usage, and features such as white status bar icons (G Flex already have this) , wireless printing, inbuilt NFC payment and IR blaster support, a full-screen “immersive” mode for apps.
What other features would you like to see in LG G Flex?

720p is not too bad on this device. The 720p HD display looks impressively sharp, and very bright too.

I was wondering the same thing, sure would like to see some KK love. I was surprised LG would release a brand new phone with 4.2, but then again it could have been an issue with the ISP's not being on the same page or the like. Wouldn't be the first time something like that happened.
A side question, I am coming from google nexus's, and not use to update delays. How is T-mo on issuing updates to their devices? Are we likely to see a modded KK rom months and months before ISP roll it out?
