[Q] Verizon lg g2 rooting? - Verizon LG G2

I posted a few minutes ago in the wrong sub forum so bear with me.
I am coming from a developer edition samsung galaxy s4 (verizon)
I would like to root for de-bloating and memory management.
I found this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2448887
But my build is VS98012b
Is there a root method for this verizon build?
Yes I have searched but maybe someone can point me in the right direction?

Method in original post is reported to work after an afternoon of reading.
Mods please close this thread.

[Sprint] Searching for any Galaxy Tab Firmware

I'm the happy owner of a new Galaxy Tab on Sprint. Searching these forums and Samfirmwares, I cannot find a firmware package for Sprint (CDMA).
Anyone know why this is? I think Verizon folks are in the same boat.
Reason I ask is that I want to start deoxexing the device for theming and other stuffs, but I always want an Odin-based flash to get me back to stock when/if I dork something up.
In the same boat here can't find the sprint firmware

Might be nice if the mods listened and made a Sprint section.

Samsung s4 root question
AT&T just replaced my S4 because of a constant reboot problem. The phone was rooted I used Wondershare to backup the bad phone. My question I have this new S$ and would like to have it rooted and also restore my app backup from Wondershare which is on my laptop. Is there anyone out there that can assist and certainly I will pay, just want someone reputable. Any thoughts and advice would be much appreciated. Chuck
Hey, sorry, don't know how you can restore it! Although you might get a little more attention if you make a thread for this in the Q&A section. Hope that you get answers! Good luck with phone #2!

For some reason the second thread is missing, I cannot find it anywhere. If you're trying to root the i537, then use the first link. If you're trying to root the i9295 try using this method

Custom ROMs for my Active?

Hey XDA!
I recently purchased an AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. It has MF3 and is rooted (obviously). I installed SafeStrap earlier this morning and was looking for custom roms to put onto my phone. However, I was unable to find any for the Active version. I have seen plenty for the regular s4, but none for mine. Do you guys know of any that I could use? Or a better question would be is it even possible? I dont think I can put the roms for the regular s4 on but correct me if im wrong.
Thanks in advance.

Currently the only functional rom is the active Intl Google edition.

The AOSP ROM from LeJay is presently the only known working ROM compatible with Safestrap (I think I said that correctly, who knows) and it can be found here:

Hey @br0adband did you read that we can flash stock based 4.2.2 gs4 Roms for our actives? Its only a matter of adding the two physical menu and back buttons. I am anxiously awaiting more people to try and verify. If I get brave I will attempt it after work today.
GT-i9295(i537) running SafeStrap
Didn't know that, no, but I no longer have the Active.

Not yet. I'm a sucker for touchwiz though, so I'll give it a try in a couple of days. aosp has too much black and blue coloring for me. I tried shostock first because that's what I had on my s2, and I loved it.
EDIT: d/l link is down

MOD EDIT: THERE IS NO BEST! AS EVERY MEMBER'S SETUP/PHONE/USAGE/APPS/SIGNAL STRENGTH ARE DIFFERENT. YOU MUST TRY FOR YOURSELF TO FIND WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU
I am sorry that if I may just be too worry about my device but I think everyone should be the real question I am asking is whether there are any current roms that are working with the Samsung galaxy s4 active AT&T (i537) F3, That is the phone I have, its running Geohot Root and Safestrap 6.3 and can not wait to hear that Task650 is working for it, That would be my perfected phone!
I appreciate the Responds I get, its my first time Posting on XDA! Great Site!!

as I think that
OPPO kind of ruined color rom and I do not want to use it anymore because of it not being ready for daily use, I would like to ask you folks which custom rom is the best in your opinion. Therefore I would like to know what the most positive and most negative aspects of each custom rom are so that I can compare them.

Hey sorry this forum is actually for a different device, the forum for your phone is here. That said if you're on 4.4.4 I do not think towelroot by itself will be able to root your phone. The method explained at this website is necessary to root the newest build of android on most Samsung devices. Unfortunately it requires a computer, what it entails is flashing an older kernel, then rooting your phone, then flashing a modified updated one to keep your root.
