This question is maybe dumb, but I heard the Sprint version of the device actually works great on AT&T, so, may I ask if it's possible make it happens vice-versa and how to do it if possible?
Sadly I don't think this is possible. I don't think the AT&T htc one has support for CDMA. While the sprint htc one works on AT&T it's not a perfect experience because the sprint htc is missing some frequencies that AT&T uses.

Crazy slow with the updates. Idk if it's Sprint fault or HTC but these guys should do a better job of keeping us up to date. A flagship phone shouldn't be two versions behind the most current software.
