Here is the 3Minit Quicklaunch Panel for Xperia T JB 4.3 fw 9.2.A.1.199
It is simply a scrollable panel of app shortcuts that you instantly launch from your drop down panel. You can launch apps from inside other app without the need to exit to home screen first. You can also edit and order the shortcuts to suit your needs.

Instructions:
Backup your current rom!
Download SystemUI.apk
Copy it in /system
Change permissions to rw-r-r.
Cut it and paste it in /system/app
Reboot your phone
Enjoy!

Hi! I recently started to use Launcher 7, and i findout that i liked the feeling and smoothness of the launcher, but i didn't really like the look of the tiles & icons.
So i made some icons for it, that i'd love to share with all of you.
Version 1.1 - Right now there is 111 icons.

Simply download the file above, and extract it to a new folder on your SD-card.
To apply an icon, add any application from the drawer to a tile, then in the tile settings change icon to the one you want, and change the extra setting to "Whole/full tile bitmap".

hello guys
i just want to share this mod for stock rom l3 users/without experience in decompiling apps
it will change your statusbar background color and transparency with ease using a simple app from sir @b16h22
Note:
you must be on deodexed or custom rom before flashing this
Tried and tested on Jellybread rom by yayakuya and deodexed v10s/v10q
The systemui or statusbar has no annoying music widget
Procedure:
you can flash this on cwm recovery(recommended)
or extract the file and push the SystemUI.apk using File manager or explorer to system/app, set permission to rw-r-r then reboot. after that install the apk as normal app
Im not held reliable and responsible for bricked devices or broken hearts. Always do a Back up before doing anything

Backup first, wipe cache and flash the attached zip via recovery. Enjoy
Notes:
- An app icon can be lost after an app update, just reflash the mod.
- If you wish to keep these icons, delete the VRT apps backup folder /sdcard/UniversalFlasher to free your sdcard

1.Installing instructions
1.Download attached system.zip.
2.Extract it using root explorer.
3.Push systemui.apk to system - app
4.Push lidroid setting.apk to system-app
5.Push lidroid res.apk to system-Framework "Dont forget to fix permission"
