No, you have to downgrade, root,install recovery and then flash pre rooted rom

Well if you have already done all those process you just need to update, right now its the only way with LB, I have done it and works great, im doing again as soon the C6906 variant are updated

[Q] Any idea how to get root access on 9.1.A.0.490 (LT25i Singapore)?

Hey Guys,
I've been trying to try to get a root on my LT25i on JellyBean.
Till date, I am unable to get root.
I'm looking at using my Carrier's stock firmware.
Build: 9.1.A.0.490
Carrier: M1, Singapore
Read the all in one thread.
Downgrade to ics, Root, then follow the instruction s to upgrade whilst keeping root

We can't use flash tool to downgrade cause its not supported! Any other suggestions??

Sorry my mistake, now I am at my PC I can see you have a V.
In which case rooting is easy..just unlock you rbootloader and flash an insecure kernel.

There does not appear to be a method for locked bootloader.

[Q] Xperia t rooting

I am using xperia t lt30p with stock 9.1.A.1.145 firmware.My phone's bootloader is unlocked and installed DooMkernel v8 to getting rooted.Everythings working fine(like cwm) but phone not getting rooted with that kernel(super user app absent).Now is there any way to root this stock firmware?
Have you downloaded superuser from play store?

i have tried to install superuser menually it is showing message there is no SU binaray installed....
Download doomlords easy rooting toolkit and make sure your phone is in mtp and usb debugging on

this 9.1.A.1.145 firmware is not support with doomlord toolkit yet.

Thanx,i have downgraded to .141 firmware and rooted my phone.I will try it later if i will flash. 145 firmware again.

No, it does not root anything, it just provides the correct files for managing root access after rooting

Guys how can I update my xperia z1 to android 4.3? Because in my case im using deodexed patch 14.1.G.1.534 rooted and updated to 14.1.G.2.257 rooted, i dont have software update in my settings because deodexed patch remove it to his firmware patch...
Any help will be much appreciated.thanks!

You need just Classic Flashtool: http://www.flashtool.net/index.php and any compatible FTF http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2572195 Android 4.3. And you done. I did right now. If you want keep data unclik "wipe data" if not run like it is "FULL WIPE" and you get a new phone. Click thanx.

Download the firmware ftf file that is in the general section, download flashtool - the latest version which is 0.9.13.0 and flash the firmware.
So you mean guys is ftf update? Not android firmware update?..

In few days will be released a rooted firmware, Update Android 4.3 already rooted, stay tuned and just follow the steps from my first reply and you will be fine.

Hello, I rooted my xperia z and have doomkernal v22. I juet recieved a system update to android 4.4. Can I update? Or can I not because I am rooted and problems will occur?

Better flash ftf with flashtool or use SUS and always backup you data before try them :good:
