There's an older system dump I updated somewhere here from previous version, then you can get the update, while I update OTA and new sys dump

i've already got the 2.16.401.1 i've made a stock rom for users. but i got some issues and i need to fix it but if i can get a new system dump from the last update it would be better

Thanks, but I have already tryed with:
memul-stock-recovery-1.16.401.2.img
memul-stock-recovery-2.16.401.1.img
memul-stock-recovery-2.18.401.3.img
and none of them works. So I presume I need to have memul-stock-recovery-2.16.401.5.img to install this OTA (because I have 2.16.401.5 installed).

Yeah, recovery works.. Only that my update is smaller (around 130MB) and I presume it's because you went from .2 and I am trying to update from .5.. hm, maybe I should downgrade it and then try?

If it's the same model it should work.. But I thought it would work even with older recovery, I'd give it a try. As we're from the same country we should have the same model

Trying to update on my HTC mini 2 the appearing SW Update above (per TWRP) ends endless with the message "E: Error executing updater binary in zip ...."
What the h.... does that mean and how to solve???

That ota is not a flashable zip. I am not keen on HTC devices and how to flash otas, but I am quite sure that, if it can be flashed, it must be flashed with stock recovery... If you got the ota, reflash original recoveryaand ota will succeed

I managed to go back to stock 2.16.401.1. After that I have successfully installed OTA 2.16.401.5. Now I want to pull stock recovery.img of this version but I just can't find a way... Help, anyone?
If I manage to extract this, I believe I will successfully install OTA 2.18.401.3.

Someone saw a new update 2.19 ? If yes just let me know

See this can help you not....
You need check your build.prop file the setting as per attached file set to 10 then you can mount the sd card.

I still have no idea that how to restore my device to the original firmware it was on .. currently its running some bad boys mod on Android 4.3 and since i want to get the official lollipop update, i decided to restore my device to official firmware .. i have HTC one m7 with sprint ... Here is what i did ...
i did download the "Gurus reset M7 sprint 1.31.651.2"
since i don't have any idea that what to do with the files i have just downloaded i extracted the files and fired "Fast boot flash recovery " on recovery.img and fastboot flash boot on boot.img ...
And now my phone is stuck on htc logo ... nothing happens other than that i can go in to boot loader menu .. Recovery mode doesn't fire up either...
Please help ...!!!!!

It seems like the Radio flashing was a problem, so I have removed it from the package. It will not show up as an option during the installer.
