Hey Guys and Gals! Thread updated, added our very first rom (of many to come) and firewater s-off! Give them a look, happy flashing, and always read the thread for instructions, meddle with care, and report all issues over in the appropriate threads, where devs and other helpful users are yearning to help

No, you can't downgrade your baseband with S-On HTC IS

zipped Roms have to be flashed through recovery. You can access recovery by disabling Fast Boot at Battery in Settings. Switch off your phone, then power into recovery using VolUp+Power button then VolDown+Power button after seeing an icon with exclamation mark.

By request, I ported this project to the vs980, d800, d801, d802, d803 and ls980. I don't own a G2 (maybe soon!) so let me know how it works.
Stripped down AOKP 4.4.2 base, trying to make it as lightweight as possible. ~ 159 Mb zip
The goal is to provide an efficeint, minimal groundwork for users to customize the way they like it.

Minimal GAPPS
Current recommendation is Paranoid Android GAPPs package.
BaNKS minimal GAPPs started causing FCs and other issues, so until that's resolved try PA.
Installation Instructions
Make sure you are on the latest CWM/TeamWin Recovery!
1) Nandroid Backup
2) Wipe Data & Cache/Factory Reset (if you experience issues, it's probably due to a dirty flash over an old version)
3) Flash ROM
4) Flash GAPPS (optional)
5) Reboot
6) Enjoy!

can someone tell me if this is based of r1 or r2? I prefer roms based on r2, they are always more stable and fluent to me. less to zero SoDs. reboots and freezes...I wil likely give this a shot regardless but r2 is a preference that will make me not think twice

I have had it running for a couple of hours and I am happy. Thanks, I love a rom when it is stripped down bare, I removed a few others things just to find out how stripped this can get before it starts to falter. Once again, thanks.

If you are using the app, you must select web view from the options in order to get the download. The download link is not part of the first post... It's in another tab on the top of the thread. It's little used functionality that always confuses people but is actually pretty neat.
I read through the comments and no one was trying to pick on anyone it's just easy to misunderstand when you are just reading. The 'smart' comment was actually self-effacing humor.

CWM does not do well with Aroma, have to use Twrp.
Seems I have 4g working now. I followed onethirtytwos post on fixing mms and then I scrolled to bottom of the apn settings and changed bearer from unspecified to lte . After that my 4g has worked flawlessly. Hope it works for anyone else that tries. Thank you for this awesome Rom

Haven't added it yet do to the fact that there has been some bugs with it
OK so I've decided to rework my rom a little. Since I will probably move to t-mobile soon, I decided to try to re-base to 7.19.401.2 and add sprint support. It will have an aroma installer and more MODS. Will be for HTC One GSM and Sprint HTC One.

I have been fairly successful in my attempts and

I think I'm doing something terribly wrong.
I am unable to get this rom or NuSenSeven beyond the boot animation. I let the device sit there for about 20 minutes each attempt before considering it a failed boot. I've tried flashing boot.img in fastboot.
I flashed your room via TWRP, and saved the log, which I have attached.
What am I forgetting?

What twrp are you using. The log is showing errors all around
I'm using TWRP 2.8.5.0. I successfully added SuperSU to an otherwise stock ROM with it prior to this.
I was able to restore the stock Sprint ROM, and it's working perfectly now, still rooted with SuperSU.
