I don't see a WiFi icon in your screenshot, but I think you're talking about the NFC icon.

What's that icon to the left of the GPS crosshairs? Not referring to the TuneIn icon to the far left.

A minimalist lockscreen, translated to english. Unlock the screen like flipping a page. Nice and clean animation, shows what MIUI can do.

The ribbon is shortcut for music player. Tap the ribbon and the music player will show up just like in the screen shot.

I'm curious if anyone knows what the icon in the notification bar is that is directly to the left of the Wi-Fi icon. Thanks in advance. I have the T-Mobile variant.

Ninjas.
Thanks. Does leaving it enabled really drain the battery?

Hardly. The biggest downside is that it sits in your notification bar. A other than that it doesn't use much power overall (unless you're constantly using it, then it'll draw more power)

"Cell Information" Running In Status Bar???

Guys,
I just got my unlocked D5803 compact today and put my T-Mobile SIM in it to test, and I've got this app called "cell information" running in the status bar in the upper left. I It just lists T-Mobile and the time I put the SIM in, however I can't get this icon to go away. I am missing something stupid?
Thanks,
Y2J

This worked! Thanks! I wonder why the heck they have this enabled. It doesn't do anything or give you any information. I don't remember seeing this in past Xperia Z phones. This is build 23.0.A.2.93. I believe this is a Latin America variant D5803, however it the packaging is in all English.

Missed Call Notification

Is there any way to get rid of this? I've looked in the settings and I don't see where I can shut this off. I don't mind the missed call icon at the top or LED light. I absolutely hate this and want it gone!

Do you use Any.Do for task management? You'll have to go into Settings for Any.Do, turn off "Missed call" if you don't want to get those any longer.

I believe it's both carrier and plan dependant.

Man that is weird. I mean I have that feature buried in my communications setting and I would like to have it in the notification short cut toggle. Anyways, thanks for the responses.
