I'm assuming this also required flipping ro.build.type to dev? Typing ##775# (prl) on its own does nothing.

I changed mine to dev and it goes back to user after reboot

No. Mine is still user. Maybe when I changed my sku to international it allowed this?

That is very possible. Have you tried flashing a custom PRL? Does it work?

Sprint HTC m8 development

Just curious if there are any developers for the sprint version? I saw the other m8 forums getting quite a bit of attention, just curious if anyone has any information on custom Roms heading this way.
Thanks!

Great minds are working on things. With the kernel source just released development should start picking up.
Awesome! Got the phone on impulse and did not see if anyone was getting into the development and was not aware when the source was released. I'm glad to hear this, I'm not one of the people that push for ETA's so I didn't want to come off the wrong way!

No worries, it's always hard with a brand new device. I built a stock rom this morning but I haven't tested it yet. It's exciting to see new development

Looks like the exposed framework is not installing?
Sent from my 831C using Tapatalk
usually when everything is quite that's a very good sign. That means that devs are doing their thing and by the look of it. They are the kind of devs that don't release half done roms. That's always good for us.
So lets just be patient and enjoy the ride.
