Tat was old version like in early Xperia Z. This note is introduced in Z1 with separate standalone Sketch app.

Why do you need it for kitkat? Kitkat already has everything that this mod is made for....
Many thing not available with KiiKat men. There's nothing "quick" with KK' quick setting
