This may seem like a silly question but why is this built off of the 1.54 release keys? Should those of us with T-Mobile update our phones to the 1.54 release keys? Is that an official firmware for the US variants? I'm not doubting your work as it's always been great. I'm just trying to figure out what the benefits are of upgrading to a firmware that hasn't been pushed to our devices unless it has to some carriers of the US and I just don't have it. Thanks

You don't need to update your device you can just flash this Rom if it's compatible to your phone/ if it's the m8_UL

I have the T-Mobile version HTC one m8. The problem I have found when flashing the international roms is that they don't do mms over WiFi for T-Mobile. And these roms are great. Ran them on my m7. I'm s off rooted.

Yes. All variants other than the sprint and Verizon. Basically if it runs on gsm then this ROM is compatible

Oh because I tried to flash team nocturnal's kit kat and wouldn't get passed the language screen. It would just reboot. It's around the same size rom.

I get bootloops it gets to the language screen and reboots, wiped everything and i am coming from Viper 3.5 ROM, other TN GPe works fine, and BeanStalk 4.4.2 works fine.

I had a few private testers run it last night with no issues, try version one under the OP link under Older Builds and see how that runs.

Got it eventually.
Love the automatic system colouring.
It's very pretty. And almost negates my want for installing any themes.
Very smooth too and glad to see S2W enabled by default in the kernel.
I had a SOD this morning though not long after flashing. Something I had on another recently compiled ROM. If you hard reset, you get back in OK but your phone seems to have done a partial factory reset. Wasn't a massive issue as I already had recent backups, buy could be bad if it happens after a week of use with no backup on standby.

You can flash any gapps of your preference that works with Android 4.4.4 or 4.4.3

What kind of issues are you referring to?
But anyways I'm sure you wouldn't have any problems with returning back to sense just do a backup before flashing this rom
I'd just heard about corrupt data issues but that might just be with GPE roms ... Always Nandroid

I keep getting error message "couldn't install on USB storage or SD card" , when I try installing my paid apps from the market. Other than that it's running good so far.

Yup. It's identical. Possibly why HTC opted to wait til the Android L release. A grand beta though. I didn't keep it on my phone long enough to see if Wi-fi calling was finally set-up on the Sprint One. Is it?

WiFi calling was not on this build for us, I know the M8 has it. We are looking at seeing what we can do to get it on this port.

Doors anybody know of a module or flashable zip that changes the status bar icons into a thick white with no lines on signal and WiFi icons.... Hope you know what I mean... Thanks in advance

This is just a stock version for gsm...I'll be updating sinless for all carriers but just waiting for android 5 to be released

how can we ota update with stock recovery? isn't full conversion needed to take lollipop OTA?

Just a stock 4.4.4 GPe with no mods
Working great on At&t. Battery showing 1% may correct itself after a while or after clearing battery stats. Too soon to tell. Thanks
