Anyone know how to make the camera better - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

It seems I'm in a rather compromising situation when it comes to the gs5's camera. If I turn on picture stabilization, the camera has an agonizingly slow picture rate. However, if I turn it off the pictures look no better than my old blackberry (grainy). Does anyone know any modes that gave a measure of both quickness ad photo quality?

any pic or etc so we can see?

Could just be a defective screen, samsung are notorius for bad quality control with there monitors, things like tints because of the way glue drys. A picture would help us but if its a defective screen you gonna have to take it to samsung.
Btw heres the pic i took from my other phone.

Yeah, you probably looking at a defective screen, I can see what you are talking about. I would rma it if it bothers you enough.
Question:
Does it go away if you decrease the brightness or use auto brightness

Taking pictures delay

I love my note 3 but one thing is getting on my last nerve. When I take pics it is not fast enough it follows with processing then a delay. Is there a way to get rid of this stupid processing . I know if I put it on sport mode it takes pics fast but there are moments where I need it fast. Or if there is anyway to set the sport mode as a default mode. Any help would be appreciated.

In settings, camera, turn off “smart stabilization"
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using Tapatalk
Do you have the smart stabilization feature turned on? Make sure that is off and you won't have the processing delay.

With that feature off you should be able to take pictures as fast as you can hit the button.
I've noticed also with flash off it is much faster too.

Front camera sucks

Anybody else think the front camera is crap. I get really bad quality photos. Worse than my old s2

The front camera does seem worse than my old S4's, though the Samsung rep that comes to the store I work at tried to tell me they had the same cameras -_-
Both camera's are great, the problem is the new framework they work off of. Even though the phone does have a true 16MP camera, I've taken better shots with my S4 both front and back. Not too impressed with the Camera at the moment.

I agree, but only in some lighting conditions. I remember my S4 used to take great front shots even in low light. On the S5, the pics feel grainy for some reason.
Front camera example again

I think front on the S5 is just as bad as the S4. They both suck however the rear facing on the S3 is pretty solid so long as its daytime.
