Problem with speakerphone mode using this Rom ?
I dont know if is only me or someone else has the same problem but when I use this rom and enable speakerphone I can hear the other person but apparently they cant hear me seems like the microphone isn't working or something

Setup force closed on 7-10 nightly will try 7-23 and report back...

jap, no error at all (my language is german). even after flashing and installing, everything seems to work fine. - i just test it quick n dirty, so i take the aicp-gapps for installation.

Maybe I should try to use with those gapps...

I'm clean flashing, but it still is force closing when I select English at the setup wizard... I'm also using the PA gapps... Is their special kind of steps you use to flash????

no...im on twrp ...do wipe system, data & caches. then i install by selecting rom and gapps.

as I said before, i was just doing a quick ´n dirty installation, just to run this rom for a short testing. so i just took the aicp gapps cause i still got them on my sd.
probably it may help you to use them: (even if these are probably not the original "lungo gapps")

if the problem still exists, just try to chose another language, probably the english strings are causing your error. - or try to redownload the whole rom once again. - sometimes errors caused of not proper downloaded packages.
if all that won´t help, i cant help you. - i´m just a flashaholic who knows some generell tricks to get most-known problems of flashing solved. - but i dont´know anything about real romdevelopment. - so u have to ask the OP I guess.

Sorry, did lots of things yesterday..... Fixed now..
Im sorry but is there a step by step guide on how to flash this ? My z tablet is rootednl n bootloader unlocked
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using xda premium
Uh, I might have a slight problem. I have Xperia Tablet Z WiFi (SGP311) and somehow I ended up with a completely dead device.
Just a while ago I successfully unlocked the bootloader using the guide on Sony's webside (just before that backed up the TA partition).
Then I loaded the CWM Recovery 6.0.3.2 here, which was confirmed working on my model and previous ROM (.370) by another member in the same topic. I rebooted into CWM to make sure it works and backed up the system.
Then I Factory reset the device and flashed the newest Lungo (CodenameLungo_XperiaTabletZCM10.1_20130710.zip). There were no errors after flashing. So I rebooted the device the device from within CWM menu. The screen turned off and that is where I am now.
I can't do anything. When pressing or holding the power button, nothing happens. When I connect it to the USB charger (from mains outlet), the orange LED does not tun on. Adb and Fastboot do not recognize any connected devices either.
What went wrong? Can I somehow recover my device or is it now an expensive paperweight? Any help is appreciated.
EDIT: When I opened the ROM *zip file, I found this: "ro.product.name=SGP321" and "ro.product.device=pollux", so this ROM is obviously for the 3G version and not WiFi only. Perhaps a warning or an information in the first post would be nice to prevent other users flashing this too to their SGP311 devices :-\
I am now going to find a way how to fix this, if there is any.
EDIT 2: Well, I was able to recover my tablet using this tool and this procedure. Whew, much relieved. If possible, please add the information that this ROM is not for pollux-windy into first post. Thanks.

I have a 311. I was going to try this Rom but noticed the zip file name ended in pollux, which is for the 321 (3g/lte). For WiFi only (311, 312) the file would have pollux-windy in the title.
So, as you've found out (the hard way) this Rom is not for WiFi only devices.
I agree, the OP should make this clear to prevent others flashing it to the wrong device. Is the OP not aware of this issue?

[ROM][P75x0/p4wifi/p4][JB4.3]Infamous AOKP 1.3 (5-Nov-2013)

Earlier, I have been compiling InfamousAOKP JB4.2, Paranoid Android 4.2, Carbon 4.2&4.3, PAC 4.3 and Omni for the galaxy tab (P7510/p4wifi & P7500/p4). Omni is quick & stable, but has little features. Carbon/PAC has many features, but also many instabilities. So I returned to the source -> my first p4wifi ROM was Infamous AOKP (JB4.2) so I decided to continue this line and move on to Infamous AOKP based on JB4.3
It features the Infamous kernel (same kernel as for the other ROMs).
First installation:
-Boot into recovery
-Factory reset
-Wipe system partition
-Install ROM
-Install gapps (you can download any gapps package you like, as long as it is specifically for JB4.3!)
-Boot it up
Update installation (AOKP4.3 -> AOKP4.3):
-Boot into recovery
-Install ROM
-Install gapps (you can download any gapps package you like, as long as it is specifically for JB4.3!)
-Boot it up

The gapps I use:
http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20130813-signed.zip
p4 builds are now online as well.
What I didn't mention in the OP yet, is that I already ported the multi-window feature (although it is not yet perfect).
Installed right now. Thank you!
Just noticed, there's no Performance options in Settings Menu. Solved with SetCpu
L.E. : I have a problem with YouTube, I've uninstalled, installed again from playstore still the same error : There was a problem while playing, Touch to retry.
What should I do?
Kasper, thanks for your movement from Omni to AOKP.
AOKP is a way further Omni in terms of features and settings. My dream is that you start with Slim and join them
I suppose it's not an easy thing to compile a Slim ROM for p4wifi and p4... I've tried to learn something about and, if I could help, let me know :fingers-crossed:
Never ran aokp ROM, so before i flash, can anyone tell me what the big differences are between omni and this one? Is it as stable and smooth as omni?
Btw Kasper, are you still working on omni?

Me too. Weird because it was working this afternoon when I was on OMNI ROM. But reading the comments in play store shows that we're not the only one facing this issue so its probably not ROM-related.

Imho, yes, it's stable and adds a lot of features/settings over Omni.
Works well for me so far. TTS crashes when going into maps but that's not exclusive to this rom.

Anybody else's camera not working? I get "Camera Error - Can't connect to the camera." in default camera app and Camera Zoom FX. Followed install instructions exactly. Also, Kasper, will the Performance option by added back into the Settings app?
Great work Kasper, definitely a fan of your roms.
Camera doesn't work for me as well, need to look into that. But that is not going to be high priority, as I never use my tablet's camera.
Performance control has been removed by the aokp people due to stability issues, quite some time ago.

[WIP][ROM-PORT] Paranoid to sm-t210r (DEAD PROJECT)

warning installing this on your device is at your own risk!!!!, this is an early stage port by a noob(aka FIRST EVER PORT.....) i take no credit for the work thats been done by our cm 11 team or the port to make this port possible. im simply just learning to port for our device and adding some flavour and spice to our device!!
what is it?
paranoid kitkat 4.4.4 (as far as i know its working for SM-T210/R)
what roms did i use for this port? (May change during source build)
CM11= http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2783617
PORTED ROM= http://http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3/development/rom-pac-rom-t310-t2855823
what future development will be done with this rom?
(WIP) -kernel overhaul from my own kernel build ( just borrowing gr8nole's work till i figure out some issues in my own kernel)
(WIP) -source re-build (fixing some rom issues im having)
(WIP) -new theme/layout of PA
(WIP) -adding more features to the build
the big question, whats broke?/working?
you tell me..... most things should be working that is working in our cm build beta 3 ( i hope) and a few more things broken from the port rom check out both rom pages (^^^^^^^posted above^^^^^^) for more info on whats working/whats broke before posting here please! DO NOT INSTALL THINKING ITS A DAILY USE ROM!!!!
i am taking (dev) advice where ever i can get it to improve the rom/port and re-build from scratch
like i said this is my first port so be nice.... I'm learning from piles of half built/outdated tutorials on my free time.
thanks out to all who got our device this far and lets hope it grows from here!! All thanks goes to the Rom base and port devs above and everyone in between because I'm just a casual trying to learn.
(WIP) - THIS IS A TEST PORT ONLY!!! NOT BY ANY MEANS A FINAL OR EVEN A BETA PRODUCT !!!!!!!

I also uploaded it directly to xda if you click download on the tabs above the Rom along with the direct link.
And as of right now its nothing more then the port itself just the files of the two roms cut and paste working .....like I said its a port in progress.
It's still mostly pa framework riding on our cm devs kernel..... the kernel source is still the kernel of cm 11. I'm having issues compiling a working kernel (my first kernel project) once I have a stable working kernel ill upload if I figure it out.....

Needs the latest recovery in order to boot. A clean wipe probably wouldn't hurt. Most of the vendor drivers are not working like in the cm build, so its slow working and laggy..... I'm away for the weekend so if I do any work it will be from my tablet. Going to try to start the kernel build this week when I get home.hopefully have my own device tree/kernel up this week....build permitting...

good news will change the op. ill try my best to keep both as this build forks from the cm source. Tho most of the work will be aimed at the 210R as its the device I own.
Many Thanks!
Hey I just tried this port on my galaxy tab 3. The only bugs I had with it is:
1. No Setup Wizard
2. Very slow and laggy
3.Wifi does not work no matter what
Anyways many thanks for this rom and I believe that once laufersteffenwolf recovers he will try to fix the bugs on these type of roms!

i posted this port and havent had time lately to get to core broken features/ problems with it besides a few tweaks due to worklife, but have been picking at it when i have had time.
planing a theme update with some of the system tweaks/issue fixes sometime this month with the kernel i just built. hoping to have a link up for it this week after some more testing cycle is done to it.
Hello. I tried your rom.
Well, WiFi and BT aren't working. It's laggy and the Documents always crashes.

Unfortunately I haven't had time to work on this, however, I may have some time this week. And @gr8nole got hwcomposer working in CM11, so I may try fixing that.

Very soon I expect to see official support with nightlies from the Slim team. There's a lot of customization that can be done with Slim. I may continue to post custom builds with unique cherry-picks, even once nightlies start.
Feel free to post your own slim builds here too! If you have a dedicated slim builds folder, I'll add the link in this post so it won't get lost.

I thought the new Gerrit was here? Are you not merging that new stuff?
https://review.slimroms.eu/#/q/statuspen
They also have a new Website as well, and you are directing to the old.... new one is slimroms.eu

Thanks! Also, check screen off gestures... Mine are not working
Thanks for bringing this, I've been badly missing slim. Everything seems working well but its only been a few minutes. I'm sorry if I missed it but do know if this has layers support?

I thought slim had reverted to CM theme manager?
Damn.. it is so much more mature at the moment.

I don't know... I used to prefer the theme engine too but I think layers will end up being way better
I have the same WiFi issue as I did on early 5.1 builds. Wouldn't get past the password.

Try this:
1 - Clean flash ROM
2 - Boot into ROM. Let it be for a minute or two so it can finish cookin'
3 - Reboot into recovery
4 - Flash Gapps
5 - Reboot
I personally recommend this installation method for any AOSP ROM on any device. It's the best way to isolate the source of a whole laundry list of potential problems.

So is that not an issue for anyone else then? Just wanted to check since this was an issue on earlier AOSP 5.1 ROMs (eg building cm12.1 while still in staging) and it popped up again with this after flashing the same exact way I did with cm12.1 which is working. I'll give it another try and report back if it continues to be an issue.

Yes, I am experiencing this also, following the steps of letting ROM boot before flashing anything else. I've had it on other ROMs as well. I will try again when I get back home since my wifi connection at work is always problematic, but I am really excited to try your build!
Didn't think it had anything to do with what I flashed, but I clean flashed only the ROM and it is still not working correctly with passwords on wifi. It will connect if I input the password and then restart. Same issue as pretty much every early 5.1 ROM had. Not exactly sure where the issue is though or how it was fixed. Also gestures aren't working as someone else also said.
WiFi is broken. I can connect by toggling on/off butv that's a pain in the butt. I followed all the steps as OP asks.

Yeah it wouldn't stay on for me either. Clean flash on GPe firmware.
I've only had to toggle WiFi once to get it working. It's annoying when I can't duplicate a bug.
I just uploaded a new build using slimroms kernel source. No kexec hardboot patch on the 5/13 build. Please let me know if it's any better!
Odd I flashed his builds and had absolutely no Wi-Fi issues. I ended up parting ways simply because there was no long press back to kill app option. I used his builds from his afh page. Overall I liked the ROM a lot. The modified trebuchet / slim launcher had a good settings page, though I prefer stock trebuchets ui.

Hey TURBO
ROM is great , no issues,
I had an offhand question for you though -
Is it just me or does V4A stop working on bluetooth sometimes?
And a reboot is the only way to fix that.
Thanks

Thank you!!! for your let us know........I dont get to fully test it, but v4a is kind of buggy. I think AudioFX is more stable. Probably in the future we should switch to AudioFX.... it works every time, but less features.....
TURBO
so i tested it out, no issues with the ROM, working perfectly (the only thing i wish was there was to add a long press to the navigation buttons to assign to menu etc. like in the stock rom)
V4A bluetooth is an issue, rarely but surely it does stop working and a reboot fixes this.
Also, AudioFX would be best, i may be wrong by Ive noticed starting with the Snapdragon 805 , the sound has been pretty good across.
Can you make a zip that replaces V4A with AudioFX?
Thanks again for another great ROM
