The bugs this tool would have applied to have since been patched. It is ineffective.

Does anyone have the .tot or .kdz update file for this or any possibility that you have a recovery of your 4.4.2 that I can push? I can't find this anywhere.
Wouldn't towelroot work for you?

SG i9305 Towelroot problem

Hi! I've just tried towelroot and it shoved in my face that my phone is not supported. I have tried the different modstrings and my kernel date is 28.11.2013 (should be supported). Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

Use odin to root your i9305. check the odin guide below in my signature and follow the steps to root your device, very easy
Thank you! I was thinking about Odin but yet again I was curious why the towelroot was not working uder those conditions. But I guess root is root no matter how you get it

Somehow the new towelroot is not compatible with the i9305. knowing this because it happened to me too . until i decided to try the version 1 and version 2 . and version 2 worked for me. Now i don't see any difference whether you root with odin or with towelroot. Unless you don't want your knox warranty void.. that's the only difference. if you did upgraded to 4.3 and you rooted your device with a different method other than towelroot, it will void your knox warranty.

Kingo doesn't work on KitKat. It only works on Jellybean.
If you're on 4.4.2 you can root with Towelroot (search on Google and you'll find the apk). If you're on 4.4.4 there are threads the AT&T Note 3 general section about how to root that.

Does anyone have a link to root for the T-Mobile LG Leon 5.1.1? I see links pointing to KingRoot but alot of people are saying it doesn't work for 5.1.1......I see custom ROMs listed so I know root is available, I just can't find a clear answer or link to a working root...again, T-Mobile LG Leon 5.1.1, NOT MetroPCS....everyone keeps pointing me to the MetroPCS version and I don't wanna make the wrong attempt and brick the phone because it is not mine.
thanks.

What I'm saying is use pingpong root to root the phone. Then have kingroot installed because it will pop-up when an app requests root for you to approve.

Never mind what I said. But you need kingroot and you need to replace the King user with superuser. It's quite easy
Sent from my LG-H345
Can someone confirm this works for H34510e? Excited to develop for this phone.
Yes it does. You will need king root and then you replace King user with super user. Simply search how on Google.

I have no idea, but its nothing anymore special than the other monthly kernel vulns we see. For your phone you would need a bootlaoder or dmverity exploit too

Huh I thought that root and bootloader unlocks were seperate because we didn't need an unlocked bootloader for towelroot. But also dm-verity was introduced in Android 4.4 and towelroot for this was for 4.4.2 and thee was no dm-verity bypass needed.
Hi, after all remote commands , or vulnerabilities, read carefully where is your /system malware by default.
Thanks!
What is the cne module?

Best possible thing to do would be to keep it on as long as you can and download a rom installer, to write a script to install the rom that the phone HAS to abide by.
