I don't actually know where do they come from... There has been many threads with this kind of sony style icons, without any credit at all. I've just edited some of these icons to change the colour.
If you think that some of these icons are originally from you, I will credit you for sure

They're definitely my icons, I made them at the beginning of last year and subsequently supplied the resources for others to edit colours as I couldn't keep up with requests
There are a couple of attachments at the bottom of the OP in the thread I linked... one with a large amount of icons in various colours, and one containing a .psd file allowing others to create any icon/colour combination, plus the layer style required to achieve the Xperia style silver/chrome gradient for any further icons people wished to create.
They've been popping up everywhere, including the Play Store, but Google didn't respond to my request to have them removed. Here on XDA though my thread states that if you want to use them/edit them you can, but please give credit

There are several Home Replacement apps in the market that support custom icons... Personally I use ADW as it comes with CM ROMS which works really well for me. You can also try desktop visualizer, bettercuts etc etc etc... Plenty of people here to give you suggestions on their particular favorite!
Download the zip file from the OP, unzip and drop on your SD. Different apps have different ways of changing icons, but in most cases you'll need select the icons from your gallery, not icon pack...

how do I download them, when I try right click save image/file as I get nothing but overlay.png which is blank.
The easiest way to have all of them is to use a website copier...
Finaly i could do something approaching... but i'm still searching how to do REAL jaku icons style with the "slice"... i don't know if these is the correct term

your going too need photoshop for the psd since it has to have the "clipping" effect and you cant do it with paint

Any specific reason why these are only 72x72? You do not like HDs?

Use Apex Launcher. Nova, Adw and GoLauncher all crops the walls different. So each custom wall has to be altered if using another launcher.
Set the columns and rows to your liking. Maybe start by 7x7.
Transparent widgets can be changed to liking.

So this is kind of a early/beta release pack which contains 29 icons and a PSD to make your own if you wish!
I'll constantly be updating with new icons and hopefully taking your suggetions and requests.
I plan to make a launcher theme (mainly nova, adw and apex) with icon masking!
Credit goto v-xemnes for his original Iphone labeled theme, I just wanted to make my own HD version for android.

Just a note to everyone, a massive update for this theme will be released later this week. More than Doubling the amount of icons and also there will be a icon pack on the market for adw, apex and nova with icon masking so all icons are themed. Noticed a glitch on FlatLoader slider, there's black line on it.
No idea where it's coming from. I've tried to mess with it, with no luck
Screen is 720p if it matters.
Oh and your slider isn't even near to pixel perfect, which is downside for me.
Is it possible to make it match the screen resolution, so it won't get resized ?

This happens sometimes when you'r stretching the slider to size not intended to it... Try if you center the slider and resize it so there is a 1x1 grid space on the bouth sides of the slider...
And yes.. my sliders are pixel perfect, the thing is WidgetLocker cant tell the right size they are intended to use since they are based on plane PNG.s and not vectors...
