I bought a htc "one dual sim 802w" 3 months ago in Dubai.
my phone is great, but i have a big problem with my phone on sim2. sim 2 always has no signal , nouise , unreachable and etc..
please help me..
i don't want lose my phone..
Can anyone help me??

Hi! I have a problem with a diamond and I need some help.I unlocked de htc and it was everything ok. I could make and recieve calls with any provider but few days ago when I turned on the htc, it just doesn't recognized any sim.

I have a problem with my HTC diamond. When i put my SIM card in, it says "no SIM detected"- but it detect all other SIM cards from the same provider.
I put my SIM in 4 difrent mobile fones, and it works perfect, only in HTC dont.

Hello so i have been using SGS for 1 week now.
ok so as the title says my phone stop reading the sim card after i
changed it. It was still the same operator and its unlocked.
and i am sure its not the sim cards problem cause it works fine
on another phone.
so if any else has same problem or solution it will be thankful.

hi everyone.
Hope you can help me with a problem i have: i recently got a lumia 920 on EE network in UK. My SIM works fine on my previous handset(galaxy nexus) but when i insert it on the lumia,i get the message : no service and the phone keeps rebooting all the time its definetly not a SIM prob cause its working in an older mobile.
Any ideas? Is it a software problem or should i return the handset? If i turn it on without a sim i get to the wind 8 start up screen without problem.

Probably a dodgy phone or SIM, get a replacement

Thx a lot m8! I actually managed to solve the problem through theses forums that u linked.now my handset is working properly at 4g (for nowvat least)

Would you care to share on how your bizarre problem is resolved. I am having problem with my 920 also.
