RAVpower RP-PB08 3000 mAh battery, never worry about running out of juice! - G2 Accessories

My father in law had a massive stroke and we had to travel to Miami and spend weeks in the hospital. (he is ok now and recovery more and more everyday) I was so blessed that I picked up a RAVPower brick before I left. This thing was awesome, even though I had to travel all around if I needed any extra juice for my phone, tablet or wife's phone I just plugged it in and kept going. This thing last a while and more than doubled my battery life. On top of being a wonderful power backup it has a bright flash light on it. The materials are made out of metal so it feels secure. This thing is worth a lot more than it costs. It doesn't hurt to pick one up to have on stand by. I can't recommend it enough!

That is going to be one big dog judging by the size of those pads. My old friend died 2 years ago, 17 years old, born here in my house and the best friend I ever had, nice pics Carlos, just like one of the family.
17 years, wow, that's a long time. What breed? My other one is a Mastiff, not known for living to an old age unfortunately.
His name was Snitch, a Jack Russel.
congratulations on your new arrival Carlos.
Lol at the back hair comment.

Does any thing more need to be said. Good Job! umm wait... no. Ok, it's different at least.
Rubber screw caps and a better usb attachment method and you have a winner, I would also powder coat the piece black and then highlight the diamonds with red. But thats just me, oh, and maybe round the corners a bit so you dont end up in the hospital reaching for your phone
LMFAO.....oh man.....I needed that considering the type of morning I am having. I deffinitely give you an "A" for effort. After seeing this, I want to now make my own custom dock. Seeing that Verizon will not be selling one we really don't have much of a choice. GREAT JOB!!

[Guide] How to tell you need a new battery

I bought my BW8X extended battery on the very day I got the phone. So it's almost 3 years old, i guess. And it's bad. REALLY bad. Charging is all over the place. It charges to 60%, then suddenly jumps to 100% a minute or two later. Or it will drop from 40% to 4% in matter of minutes.
And how do I really know it's time to replace it? It's actually very simple. Take it out and run your finger across the top of it.
If you feel one or two bulges, the battery's toast. It has accumulated so much gas and heat inside from previous abuse the battery is ruined.
In extreme cases, it'll look like this:
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
A good battery would be completely FLAT. On both sides.
And yes, this is a genuine Motorola battery.
Obviously this trick is not 100% accurate, but it should be an easy way to spot a worn out battery.

So LG just announced today that their new phone LG G5 will come with a removable battery. I feel like a removable battery has only benefits when it comes to repair. I was wondering if this is a selling point for those of you that often take apart your phones. Have you ever found yourself replacing a battery on a phone with a non-removable battery?
Of course there is the obvious benefit of being able to carry two batteries and swap them when one dies. This is a concept that they are pushing pretty hard and I can kind of see how that might be handy.
But the questions is- for those of us that often disassemble our phones, will this be deciding factor? Aside from the battery, the phone looks like it will be a nightmare to take apart. What are your thoughts?
