It Will Work On Official Android 4.4 KitKat Only

It doesn't work on my non rooted xperia z with 4.4.... Have you tried it on your non rooted phone?
BUT what still work is the old one from HERE

Actually its works in my friend's non rooted 4.3.. Strange.
I think needed a rooted phone
This Task Killer was from latest Xperia Z2 firmware.
So i think maybe it needs root...
and there's few more new version of apps from the the latest Z2 firmware,very nice and will post them soon.

- Automatically set the new Xperia Launcher as default and remove the old one
- Use Honami apps instead of the stock ones?

its android flasher by androxyde with attachment in Flashtool\devices\C550X folder .go to devisces menu after extacting zip in above folder.its done by some other gr8 dev in this section (zip file) but cant remember exacly but credit goes to him ..

Welcome to ZR family. Most of us haven't received yet including Xperia Z. Only ZL with Singapore Branding that received the update bug fix.

It is already working on 4.4.2. I was using it on my Z1 C (in repair for the moment) and my E1 now and I successfully restored my backup using this app (previously created on my Z1 C 4.4.4)

Xperia using "Bypass Camera API" that Z5 don't have. So if you install as a normal APK, I think it not work.

I am rooted , I did a root force install via fx explorer , It got installed correctly but not wotking, just showing a blank black screen.

Like I said. U need superuser mod for it.
Superuser mod disables signature verification so u can install apps from other phones on top of our apps.
Like Xperia x camera on Z5.
So if your rooted without superuser mod, it just won't work.
